Ignore the bad reviews, I can not see what there is to complain about here! Modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. All the staff I have met have been nothing but helpful and kind. Breakfast is convenient, and served in the modern and clean lobby area. I had a meeting close by, and I was very pleased that I chose this hotel over the others in the same area.

my family and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. My partner called the hotel the day before our check in to let them know we want to get the connecting rooms, on which they assured us that the rooms are available and put in under our names already. So the following day which we arrived at midnight (mind you that we checked in on the app) but since the digital key isn’t working We walked to the front desk asking for help only for us to find out that the other room in connecting rooms we requested wasn’t cleaned. And no housekeeper was available that night since they only work at day shift? We know mistakes happen but how come no one was checking or supervising if the assigned rooms were cleaned and ready for the people who’ll check in? But on the other hand, we are thankful to TEE. the front desk who was on duty that night, he did his very best to accommodate us. He did go above and beyond. he’s the only one who helped us out and we are really thankful for him. He was able to find another available connecting rooms for us. We’re also thankful for the staffs assigned during breakfast, really approachable and friendly. We’re just really disappointed about what happened in the rooms and how it smelled when we walked in. We just hope that this will be the last time it’ll happen. But overall we love our stay.

This hotel is in a great, safe location near all the pharmaceutical companies. It’s clean and has a great breakfast staff. The beds are similar to the ones you buy to transition your toddler to a bigger bed. I literally feel every spring as I lie here at 4:30 this morning.

Well maintained, clean, spacious, and great location. Customer service is excellent. We happened upon this gem during a flight delay into SFO. We liked it so much we re-booked rooms at the end of our week-long trip in Northern California. Great value for the money.

Very clean comfortable place to stay. Has 2 queen beds with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. What more can you ask for. Very reasonable place. Great friendly staff. Special shout out to Kristine and Katie.

I didn’t make it to any of the breakfasts so I can’t comment on the food but the house service can be a good or bad experience for you. The reason is the room has a kitchen which great for me. I had leftovers from dinner outside and was able to reheat and had breakfast and lunch at my own timing. Then I noticed a label on the corner of the bathroom mirror that says they only clean up and replenish every other day. So, I might have to request something from the housekeeper lady. That made me remember an incident. When I was going to my room after checking in I met the housekeeper lady about 50 feet from each other, I smiled and she ignored me, I thought she didn’t see that. As we approached each other I said hi and she just looked at me without a slightest hint of a smile. No acknowledgment and didn’t say anything. I did not expect anything but that make you think whether she is a good worker. Low and behold, when I was ready to jump in bed, I Discover that is questionable that the sheets are clean. I did not complain. Luckily, I’m only staying here two nights. Hey for somebody else this may be totally fine and I can understand that.

Lastly, parking is $27 a night. Free Wi-Fi is minimal if it actually works. I had to just use my own.

Located near the SFO airport. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Room is spacious, and basic amenities are provided. The water pressure of the shower is weak and it takes a while for water to heat up.
I like that there is hot drinking water and coffee available throughout the day and comfortable seating area in the lobby.
Breakfast selection is ok.

Everyone is nice, the rooms are super accommodating for families . We had to stay in hotels for several months between homes and this place always made us feel
Comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend it. It is a little more expensive but you get a full kitchen and basically a studio apartment, free breakfast ( 5 star food) , gym, laundry and pantry kitchen food. My kids always want to go back and so do we. ❤️
