This stay was beyond pleasant for my wife and I!! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Juli at the front desk was beyond excellent with courteous and professional service! She was very kind and offered any needed service while providing any information about amenities that the hotel offered. Juli also 2as thoughtful to provide my wife and I with additional tissue, kleenex and paper towels which was a benefit! I hope Juli as well as the cleaning staff get acknowledged for the great work they provide which makes this hotel such a delightful, restful and comfortable stay. 5 stars for this hotel!

I had the world’s longest travel day and didn’t get to my hotel until about 8:30 2/26 for a work trip. I am only reviewing to say the older gentleman at the front desk was SO SWEET and enthusiastic he turned my entire mood around. He seemed like he really enjoyed what he did, was so personable, and made my day. You never come across that kind of service, especially at night. Hilton, you have yourself a keeper.

This location was booked for the weekend. The young man Keith (I believe) found me a room for Friday night. I had to check out Saturday and the young lady (I'm so sorry I don't recall her name.) Let me know they were booked for the night and didn't have a room. HOWEVER at 1230pm I received a call from this same young lady letting me know there was a cancelation. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This saved me from having to stay in Beloit, WI for the night. I appreciate the extra care to get me a room.

My daughter was playing at a tournament at Mercy Health Sports Core and this was very conveniently located nearby. Clean room, great service, and okay breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Exceptional accommodation for the price, traveling with my lovely wife and our 4 legged family members isn’t the easiest but this hotel made room for us and treated us well. The room was clean and fresh and breakfast muffins were tasty

Positive: The housekeeping were so nice and always had smiles on their faces, the rooms were clean and very spacious. Negative: The breakfast wasn?t that great. The food was a bit bland.

This really is for all hotels out there, I get that you think about the people who can sleep in on the weekends as far as breakfast. But how does that make you forget about the people that still have to work? Every weekend, my coworker and i have to go into work late! Because the hours are moved forward for breakfast!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. It's a great location with clean rooms. Shout out to Danielle, Chester, Dane and Rachel for the excellent customer service. We'll defitiely stay here again next time we're in Loves Park.
