The room is spacious, clean and equipped with a sofa bed(I had the king bed). There are many restaurants close by (in and out, fast food and others). The location is quiet as it is in the gold course. The breakfast is warm and constantly being refilled. Remember to get the warm waffle made by the staff. Will definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for over a week and were more than happy with our stay. My girlfriend was very impressed with the thoughtful nature of the housekeeping staff, as they nicely and neatly organized all of her makeup and beauty products each day. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast provided each morning was tasty.

All I could say is wow I came for a one night stay my mom was doing a simple procedure. It did not go as planned and my mom needed to stay in the hospital. I needed to check in the next day after midnight they accommodated me and help me in my wife more than you can imagine the night shift Helped me all the way through even with parking laundry and much more thank you so much guys an Girls, I will be coming back real soon for a Family trip

Alert! Alert! If you’re reserving the one bedroom suite be very careful there is a problem in the website.
I reserved a one bedroom suite and was charged for that particular room. However when I arrived they gave me a 2 queen bed room instead and when I told the attendant we were charged for a one bedroom suite he said that was the he said “Ms we don’t even have that type room and $200 extra is the deposit” so I said than give another room just like the one you’re giving me “he said we don’t have anymore rooms we are totally booked” so we had to share the room with our daughter and her family.
When we checked out there system was down so I had to wait about 1/2 for it to come back when the system was up they still wanted me to pay for the one bedroom suite and we keep going back and forth for another 1/2 hour and me showing the attendant the wrong change to my card and she just wouldn’t believe me so basically she was calling me a liar until finally it got solved.
At the end the attendant confessed they have that problem when people try to book the one bedroom suite and she advised me to call to reserve that particular room.
The rooms don’t have a stove so don’t count on it! They give you a hot plate at the front desk the one they gave us was dirty the pan and the hot plate.
The dishwasher didn’t work.
Housekeeper the first day she didn’t even left new towels or toilet at all , second day she didn’t take the room trash out only the bathroom and the kitchen.
The location and the premises are great!

Staying here a week and this is easily the nicest hotel in the area. For a golfer, it’s got the best lake view rooms which overlook the driving range and also the golf course. Nice and clean, only complaint is the constant weed smells in the hallways, smoking is banned in the rooms but smoking marijuana must not be. It stinks.

Dear Hotel Manager's Name

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel from oct.16-oct 25, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I have come to associate with your establishment.

Initially, I encountered an issue where my bank was charged instead of my company, leaving me without funds for meals until noon the next day. This was quite inconvenient.

Additionally, the first room I was assigned (Room 805) had a strong odor that resembled dog feces and urine. After requesting a room change, I was moved to Room 605. While the smell was somewhat improved, it remained noticeable.

During my stay in Room 605, I also faced disturbances from the adjacent room (607), where loud noises and screaming continued late into the night, disrupting my ability to rest before work.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed at many hotels, and this experience was, unfortunately, the most disappointing. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

It's tough to leave anything beyond a rave about Home2. To give you context, we fled to this hotel around 8pm on January 7th as the Eaton Fire furiously approached our home. The front desk was overstaffed, they always answered the phone, the room was... perfect. It was beyond what we needed. Extra dishes, extra outlets, let's put it this way. If your house is burning down and your two children are deeply grieving and you don't know what tomorrow will look like... Home2 has got you, and they've got you FOR REAL. We spent 3 days with our children swimming and hot tubbing, and we were able to make burgers on the gas grill to make them feel normal. We bought microwaveable meals in the lobby, free breakfast every morning. It was just... perfect. And it didn't feel like it was just because of the fires, it felt like it was because... this was how they do it. We owe them big and I couldn't recommend this spot more, near every major freeway, right by Top Golf, In-n-out, Chic Filet, etc. It's perfect.

Great stay!!! Free breakfast buffet and they have many items to choose from. Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are roomy and clean. Has everything you need for a perfect stay!
