It's a beautiful updated room. It's huge and was so surprised at how nice it was. We were passing thru and needed an overnight. From lots of counter space to a partition for seating area. I'm in here now writing a review because I'm so impressed with the room.

Probably one of the best overall places I have stayed. No struggling for parking or paying for valet. Amazing included breakfast options with reasonable times allowed for waking up and showering before you eat. Rooms were clean and spacious with full size fridge/freezer. Location was very convenient to highways, shopping, and gas stations. Definitely will be staying here again if I have to pick up friends and family from Amtrak again.

Everything was great, very clean up-to-date. The only thing that struck me odd was there was not a handle on the inside of the bathroom.
You had to use force with the palm of your hand to press firmly to slide the door open.
A very tiny lock.

This hotel has a friendly staff. They always take time to make sure they answer questions and helpful to their visitors. The rooms are always clean and hospitality keeps the rooms stocked with fresh towels.

The house keepers were wonderful. Mary Ann at the front truly made us feel like we’re were at home. My small kids even said “mom that lady is so nice”. Thank you for wonderful service!

I had an amazing stay at the Home2 Suites By Hilton Joliet/Plainfield this week! The hotel was located in an extremely quiet part of town, and was super easy to find. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating- they really went out of their way to make my stay great. They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and were very helpful! The rooms were super clean, very spacious and quiet. My room had a nice kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, as well as a nice "hang out area" with a couch and super big TV! The lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays- and they even had a fire going outside for a cozy hang out. Will definitely stay here again- thanks again for an amazing stay!

My child accidentally broke a glass and they (funny gentleman and kind woman) were so kind to us, cleaned up, and gave my kids toy ducks. Thanks for the positive response. The room and food were great too but your kindness prompted me to give this review. We need more of it in the world.
