I was pleased with the size of the rooms and amount of counter space available. I have a large family so these amenities are important to us.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous and helpful! I would definitely stay again. It's a little out of the way from the freeway.

We stayed in the handicap accessible king suite and I am providing photos since the website was a bit confusing on what the rooms look like.

Checks off all the needs in my list for a comfortable hotel stay:

1. Clean
2. Comfy pillows/beds
3. Soft water
4. Hot tub
5. In-room coffeemaker
6. Night light
7. Real bar soap at least for hands

The employees were all EXTREMELY nice and I felt valued.

Two things though - Breakfast had nice sandwiches to make and other items to choose from, but they didn't have GRANOLA for the vanilla yogurt machine. No granola for yogurt I had to use cereal and the strawberry topping that is provided for the waffles ( which was too sweet.). I hope they provide some granola for future visits and I will gladly update this review.

Secondly, the toilets are EXTREMELY loud. The upstairs room's toilet woke me up in the middle of the night since it was rented and apparently they used it often, lol. I don't know what they can do about that, but I have to let people know.

Oh and the soap dish in our room was bad. The soap kept sticking to the bottom and we couldn't get it out. Wound up turning it upside down or setting the soap on the box. Please change those out, bad design.

Excellent stay! I'm very very neurotic when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this place was beautiful and spotless! Needs we're very comfy, location is excellent, and both the night and morning front desk were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and had a large variety. There were little touches everywhere, like ice scrapers in a bucket by the front!!, that really showed the staff cares about this hotel. We were so thrilled and would stay here again and recommend to everyone on their way to Idaho falls to give this hotel a shot!

Staff was outstanding. My brother and I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they only had rooms with King size beds left. We are 2 big guys and one of us sleeping on a pull out, would not have been fun. They ended up giving us each a King room. Fantastic!

This hotel made it seem like they cared about your stay with little freebies such as enough “market cash” to buy a candy bar and bottled water upon check in. ||Very nice service throughout stay and hotel seemed clean. ||Located in Snake River Landing, which is a decent location, but some of the other hotels were a bit closer to downtown Idaho Falls/river garden. The area immediately near the hotel is surrounded by a few vacant parcels under construction. However, I do recommend Moose Ridge Coffee Company which is in walking distance nearby.

We had an unplanned stay in Idaho Falls due to vehicle problems.The Home2 Suites were accommodating and awesome with our unknown length of stay. They were always friendly. Helpful. The fresh cookies were a bonus. The Grubhub discount was so helpful. Rachel and all of the front desk staff were awesome. Thank you!!!

Clean rooms, decent breakfast and wonderfully cheerful staff! Belinda that was helping with breakfast was a ray of sunshine and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

The people are very nice and friendly. Checking in was easy. Mattresses are way too soft. Liked that the room had a decent sized refrigerator. Didn’t understand why there was a dishwasher. Newer updated shower, but bathroom could’ve been cleaner. We ran out of tissues on day 1 so don’t think it was a full box. There was no housekeeping that came on day 2. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 on Saturday. Decent amount of offerings, but food wasn’t good. The egg sandwiches were flavorless, the egg bowls were hard, and it was by far the worst apple I’ve ever eaten. But the lady who ran the breakfast was easiest the nicest person on the planet. Very friendly and chatty.
