What a really nice place to stay. We spent the night and everyone we ran into was smiling and informative. Rooms were meticulous clean and just gorgeous. In an awesome location, near a mall, plenty of places to eat, and enjoy the scenery. The pool looked very nice, I didn't get a chance to enjoy. Like others have said. I don't know who is running this place, but it is tip top and kudos to the professional employees.

Room was dirty, trash left in room (see photos of light ammunition). Dishes not cleaned before my arrival – they were coated in an oily substance presumably from haphazard cleaning – running dishwasher took care of that. Bathroom sink clogged, needed two days to repair it. Was given one set of towels for four nights. Finally given another room, but was charged a pet fee by mistake but it took over ten days to post a $50 credit. HVAC is a penny-pinching nuisance like many hotels nowadays. Room was cleaned daily (very odd for a Home2). Staff was otherwise fine but this stay was akin to being bitten to death by butterflies. Double-check your bill before leaving in a rush...

Safe place, reasonable location, breakfast actually improving compared to other Home2s. But Hilton, this place needs an attitude adjustment.

This is what hotels should be like. The staff are friendly, responsive and efficient. The rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The gym room is small but well thought out and well kept. Really impressive!

My only two reservations are... If you're going to charge for the washers and dryers, you need to keep enough quarters at reception (who carries change these days? Especially $5 of it). Why shrink wrap every item at breakfast and use disposable plates and cutlery? It's wasteful and not great for the guests. But these dates minor points

Kia was amazing to deal with. Very understanding and personable. This girl deserves a massive raise, or at the least some recognition for how awesome she is. |I would use any hotel she is a part of. She’s the best. Very nice. Probably is pretty too. She’s just really helpful.

Enjoyed our stay very much. My family and i were on vacation and had to stay for the night while passing through. Great service, LOVE LOVE LOVED Mrs. Jennifer so much and her attitude was so amazing. Very great service, decent breakfast. Didn’t like how you can only watch select videos on YouTube about Hilton, not much selection on tv Too many restrictions. Clean and love the wall thermostat. Beds were so comfy too.

This is the 3rd or 4th Home 2 I have stayed at. Checking in was time-consuming as staff had to make sure the room had been cleaned. I ended up going to a room that had not been serviced completely.

When I got to the room there was a glass in the sink. There was a bar of soap on the bathroom sink. Countertops had not been cleaned. The room had an odor. As far as I can tell, the staff just doesn't care about quality. I was just too tired to switch rooms.

This location has a management problem. I have never been to a major brand hotel that was so problematic. Hilton needs to clean house at this location!

The breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The orange juice tasted like it was fresh squeezed! The rooms are large and the staff was very friendly.

I had great services while I was there on business. Room very cleaned. I went to the front desk and Clayton waited on me great customer services skills. Location was perfect for me to get to my customer.
