Overall, this hotel is a good stay, rooms are in decent condition, hotel is in a great location near shops/restaurants, and their continental breakfast includes fresh blueberries in their fruit options (which is a rarity). I felt inclined to leave a review solely to warn others about their airport shuttle service particularly if you're a frequent flyer and need to catch early morning flights that leave around 5am. I have now been duped twice by their staff assuring me that I would be guaranteed a ride to the airport at 3:45am so I'd make it on time to my flight. Unfortunately, this has not been the case both times when I arrived downstairs on time only to be offered apologies. As the saying goes, "...fool me twice, shame on me." Lesson learned.

Really comfortable stay. Clean room, clean and modern facilities, helpful staff. Quiet. Safe parking lot shared with several other Marriott and Hilton brand hotels. Nice part of town. Found a fun food truck event one night in the Target lot across the street. Very decent continental breakfast and good coffee. Lots of friendly fellow travelers. Will return if ever in town again.

Tina and Aleyia at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. My partner is a flight attendant and stays at different hotels all over the mid west & west coast. I occasionally will fly out to spend the night with him in whichever state he’s in, and out of every hotel we’ve stayed at, this has been the best experience. We arrived really late. Usually when we get to a hotel close to midnight, the hotel employees are the opposite of enthusiastic, but both women were so happy and positive and informative. They had a bag ready for my partner with a water and snacks & offered me one too. Most hotels don’t give anything to the airline employees, so that in and of itself was a nice touch. The room is very spacious with a full size fridge, dishwasher, big microwave, desk area, pull out couch, and a nice big bed & tv. The water pressure is great too ! I highly recommend staying here if you are considering it !

Pretty standard Home2. They do better on their coffee than some other Hilton properties. Hard to find from the road, poor signage at entrance to parking lot shared with multiple hotels.

12 minutes from the airport with shuttle.
They greeted me at the desk and had my room key, paperwork and water bottle waiting for me on arrival. Asked me for my Hilton honors number without missing a beat and were overall helpful and in good spirits.

Great service, nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good, better than other Hilton Suites. Shame they close the breakfast at 9 a.m. Parking ok.

We chose this place because they advertised having an EV charger. However, when we arrived, neither charger worked. I asked the front desk for assistance, and they suggested scanning the code, but that didn’t work either. Upon further research, I discovered that the Enel X chargers have been discontinued. The chargers are non-functional, and they need to update their information to reflect this.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was well stocked every day, and staff were great! Nice to have the pool to use and some covered parking spots. We visited National Parks during our stay and this made a great base. Always appreciate having the full fridge available.
