We really enjoyed this hotel. As a complete germophobe, I absolutely loved all of the counter space :). It goes the entire length of the room. We have 6 in our family, and no bags had to sit on the floor! Front desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that I wish blankets were a little heavier. But we would definitely stay here again.

Every hotel chain has had problems with bed bugs, even the expensive ones. It’s how they respond to guests who’ve been bitten that defines them. In this instance, Hilton failed me. My photo shows some of the over 75 bites I got during my last stay. There’s really no place I could have gotten them but here. I drove from Chicago, so didn’t pick them up flying. When I followed up with the hotel, they assured me there were no bugs in my room, but they had it treated anyway. (Why treat a room that’s not infested?) I asked for a copy of the exterminator’s report and never received it. Next I contacted Hilton Corporate, and they emailed me that Hilton takes no responsibility for bed bugs in their hotels… it’s up to each hotel to settle problems. So I’m out a set of luggage and a week of intense itching, a doctor's visit and meds... plus dry cleaning clothes that can't be washed in hot water. I’ve stayed in this hotel four times while visiting family, and it’s definitely gone downhill. Too bad, because they have a great workout area, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable... but my room was never cleaned during this stay, not even fresh towels. And the free breakfast featured dried out egg sandwiches, stale muffins and no fruit. (Sorry it's taken me so long to post this, but it’s not easy showing my body in such a disgusting state. Decided it's more important to hold Hilton accountable.)

Only stayed 1 night due to our trip plans.

Check in was simple after booking online.

Room was clean. Was truly more than we needed in amenities for a 1 night stay. Would definitely go back and stay regardless of trip length. We just couldn't take advantage of the weight room, pool, mini kitchen, etc.
Continental Breakfast had plenty of options.

I really take issue with the early 9 am shut down for breakfast. I mean most hone2 I stay in are 9.30 or 10. I rarely find a hotel anywhere with a 9 am close time for breakfast. Also the water pressure is low! Otherwise a great home2 suites hotel. Comfortable and spacious with plenty of outlets.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast you know and love if you've been a frequent traveler to Home2 suites. I travel 80% of the year and I choose to give all of my business to Home2 Suites whenever possible. Today I had a small issue that was no fault of anyone in particular or the fault of the property. Lucas and Rachael both sprung into action going above and beyond to resolve my issue. This is the type of hospitality and customer service I have known and appreciate anytime I frequent a home too sweets. This location in particular seems to give a little bit extra. Thank you all for the lovely day.

For those reading reviews deciding where to stay, this should be at the top of your list. There is a pool for the children to Splash around in. They are not huge but they are more than adequate for the kids. On-site laundry, and fitness center add to the amenities that help me make my decision. And as always the continental breakfast in the morning is superb. The rooms themselves are great for solo Travelers or families. I really love the kitchenettes and amount of storage I have available to utilize.
There's refrigerators every dish you could need microwaves dishwashers and you can even request a cooktop for your room. For someone that likes to travel on a budget this is great as I like to do a little bit of grocery shopping for every stay and really maximize the return on that per diem.

The water pressure in the bathroom is barely a trickle…prepare to spend a lot of extra time in the shower trying to rinse hair/body. Honestly the worst water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel. The pocket-door into the bathroom was so hard to pull to partial close (never could get fully closed) and I am not a weakling. Only 3 pillows on a king bed and stain on carpet in front of sofa. I won’t stay here again when I am in town visiting family.

We were in town for a concert so this was a one night stay. Price was reasonable, 5 minutes from the vibrant arena. Easy access to the highway and all kinds of restaurants and stores close by. Hotel was clean, room had a full kitchen. Free breakfast was a little different than normal Hilton brands. Normally they have eggs sausages or bacon and some kind of potatoe but this hotel did sandwiches instead. They did have an egg sausage dish that was gluten free. We would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. The kitchen with full sized fridge was an absolute must for us, and I didn't want to deal with airbnb hassle. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the TV had Netflix, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I am saving this hotel, because I will absolutely stay here again. Just exceptional.
