Tina did a phenomenal job on my cat eyes nails. She gave me the shape and length I was looking for. This is my 2nd time going and I'll keep going back, with Tina being my tech. The blue nails is Tina's work. I don't remember the name of the man that did the purple.

Nobody in the WHOLE State is as good as Jennifer @ Hollywood Nails on Herrin, IL. She is worth her weight & more in gold. She picked out my color & it was sooo classy. I get compliments weekly because of her talent. I highly recommend her & Hollywood Nails on Herrin, Il, without reservation & I’ve never said that about anyone. She’s such a sweetheart, & I feel privileged to call her, “my friend”!

I don't remember the womans name that did my nails but she did a wonderful job. I wanted just a French tip ombre but she did a beautiful job and I love them so much. She was real friendly too! Each time I come here it's a great experience

I just had the worst experience getting my nails done ever in my life. Hollywood nails in Herrin will never get my business again. My appointment was at 5:30 and I didn’t leave until 740. I mentioned multiple times before the acrylic was uneven on my nails that the tips were crooked. And by multiple I mean like six or eight times. Then he continued to file my nails way far in. He said he was done so I went ahead and got my eyebrow wax and during that I told the lady that these nails were crooked and awful. after my wax she said if I gave her five minutes she could fix it so I sat down and asked her if she could just cut them shorter because they were so sharp and so crooked. She continue to use a dremmel and try to cut my natural nail into the acrylic nail which hurt and I jerked my hand back multiple times before I stood up and said just stop. When I got to the counter, I was the only person in the salon and there were like eight people at the counter. I said I would pay (with card) for my pedicure, the shellac, and my eyebrow wax and a tip for the guy who did my toes but I refuse to pay for my nails. After about 10 to 15 minutes of me, standing there telling them that I had to leave but I would pay for that, but not for the nails they were not helping me at all, so I gave them whatever cash I had in my wallet and got in my car. The guy then continued to come out and try to open my car door and take a picture of my license plate. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon, and figured I should warn you guys too.

I have a crazy schedule that makes it nearly impossible to schedule ahead but you always have a place for me. Trying to decide if I have a favorite technician, but it's hard to choose 😉 thanks for a bit of pampering, thinking about an organic pedi next!
