Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and professional. I especially like that hot stones were included. Many places charge extra for that. I also had a heated bed and used a breast pillow.
I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve been coming to Holiday spa here in Castro Valley for years. I never had a bad experience. They’re very welcoming and calming to be in their dimmed rooms. They have great prices and offer even better specials. Their massages are great. After moving into a new home and spending days lifting boxes and being on my feet, I need a deep tissue full body massage. They took care of all the knots and aches after spending just an hour here.

Instead of having a relaxing evening I had a disappointing experience during my visit.

The service didn’t meet my expectations, and I didn’t feel it was worth leaving a tip. After I left, a staff member approached me at my car to ask why I hadn’t tipped, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I expect better service and professionalism from any establishment, this is not the way to treat your clients.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place. My wife and I decided for a massage and we went to one of our go-to place here in CV without a reservation but they had no availability that evening. We started calling at places around CV and luckily Holiday Spa was available. It was our first time here.

They have several rooms for a couple’s massage, the rooms were clean, the receptionist was very pleasant, and the massage was pretty good. Their price was comparable to the other massage places we visited .

We will certainly go back for another massage in the future.

Definitely one of my favorites! I have my favorite masseuse who goes above and beyond always! They are all great and it’s exceptionally clean!!! I love all of them. Did a good job. They are extremely sweet and always helpful with fitting me in!

I just got an hour long massage (which was $70)… the massage itself was good… when I put down a $15 tip (which is over the customary 20%) the lady at the front verbally pressured me to pay more asking why if I liked it I wasn’t paying more. I scratched out my fifteen and wrote twenty and left (this didn’t seem to be what she was expecting, but oh well… the whole thing is ridiculous). so they made $5 extra bucks off of me… but my wife and I will go elsewhere going forward/they lost two customers… not a smart business practice.
