The rooms were clean,but I had the worst time trying to get my room cleaned entirely. I was told I had to stay at least 4 days if I wanted entire room cleaned. I did stay 4 days btw and still did not get a full cleaning of room. I had to constantly call front desk. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning which got old quick!

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Julie is great! She’s very helpful, nice and makes me feel like a valued customer every time! When I stay here for work the check-in process is thorough and easy.

The front desk staff is nice especially John is the best.

But the house keepers treat customers belongings like trash! I left my new comforter on my bed , I came back like 1 hour after I check out, they already made my comforter really dirty, after I washed it still disgusting(see photos) I can tell their dirty shoes step on my newly comforter, and I just bought it from IKEA.

Yuli and the sales team did a great job preparing our Cross Country team for our stay for Footlocker West Regionals.

They were extremely organized and hospitable. I was able to communicate with Yuli and people on the sales team.

Absolutely loved my stay here during my solo trip to Los Angeles!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Whatever needed to be done in terms of housekeeping upon request for my bedroom, it was done.
Location was quite convenient for public transportation links to get around LA, convenience stores within walking distance and all the rest of the basics.
Hotel has a guest laundry which can be used to wash our own clothing at a low cost.
Bedroom had everything: fridge, table lamps, telephone, shampoo, hand wash liquid etc.
At the end of my stay, I felt very sad to have to say ‘goodbye’.

I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband for his work. Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is older but very clean and staff were all very friendly! Hotel also had guest laundry which is great since we stay 2 weeks at a time. Pool area was nice and clean as well. Area seemed to be a good safe area. Definitely will be staying here again.

I booked my Mom a room and submitted a credit card authorization form after speaking with someone at the hotel that morning who confirmed the process. After sending in the form, I called the hotel and they confirmed that it was received and everything was good. This evening, just as my Mom was pulling up to check in, the manager called to tell me they would not process the form and needed 48 hours to process it. The manager then shared that my card number was not correct (it was); that the image of the card I sent with the form was not legible (it was); and that they called my bank and my card number was not valid (they said they called the number on my card to confirm -- you know, the one in the image that was not legible)...||||So, it's a Sunday night, my Mom's card is frozen due to attempted fraud on her card (which is why I was booking her room with my card), and she now has to front a $250 deposit and pay for the room up front, depleting nearly all of the cash she has on her because it's late and has nowhere else to go. I'm glad she had cash with her, otherwise she would be sleeping in her car tonight.||||To add insult to injury, the manager told her multiple times that when she checks out they will send someone to inspect the room to confirm she hasn't damaged anything... For real? She's in her 70's. What damage do you think she's going to cause?||||Shady hotel. I'm beyond disappointed in the service provided. I would avoid this location like the plague.
