My husband, 2 daughters and I stayed 2 nights. We traveled for a volleyball tournament. The room was overall unclean. The shower walls had a bright red discoloration on each end of the shower (see pics). There was also some sort of spilled coffee/soda on several of the walls in the room. The front staff member (Carmen) was very friendly, contacted housekeeping and provided free breakfast vouchers. Housekeeping did come and clean the shower (was told it was discolored from caulk?) The breakfast buffet was very good and our waitress was wonderful both mornings. Overall, I would stay not here again and would choose elsewhere. My family stays in at least 20+ hotels during the year and the uncleanliness of the room was probably one of the worst we’ve stayed in.

Could not have been a better stay, from LeAnn the lady checking us in late, right at 11 (her shift had ended at 11) and she made sure we had what we needed, Thank you

To a woman in the bar named Katie who we met 3 or 4 times over the few days , She was very knowledgeable about your menu with great recommendations for my vegan wife, She was quick with the refills and letting us know about things to do in the area. We actually looked forward to seeing her our last night,

LeAnn and Katie we will stay here again next time.

I would stay here again anytime I visit the quad cities. The location was great and had many dining choices as well as shopping needs. It was close to the casino and affordable. The hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Restaurant was one of the nicer we have seen. Hallways could be loud at times need some better sound proofing. Overall recommend

I really like this Holiday Inn! It's beautiful inside and the rooms are comfortable. Bring your own pillow if you can cuz they kinda suck, sorry. Their J lounge is quaint and lovely. As for the restaurant...I was thinking maybe the food is better during a busier tome of year. My soup was straight out of a can and not even microwaved to hot. I did get a refund

Coming in for a volleyball tournament. This hotel met all my expectations regarding cleanliness, comfort, value, service, location. From arrival to departure staff was courteous. Will definitely recommend. Thank you

We attended a softball tournament at St Ambrose. The hotel is in close proximity and there are a lot of options for food and shopping right in the area. The staff was nice, elevators were fast, room was clean and comfortable making for a great nights rest.

Beds were very comfortable, hotel was clean, no noise at all. Easy check in and out, would recommend this hotel! Was close to a shopping area, walking distance, restaurant on site but did not use it, others in area, they also serviced breakfast is you wanted it.
