This was a beautiful hotel, and the room was spacious enough for us (2 adults + 3 teens). The hotel was decorated for an upcoming holiday, which was a fun greeting. The pool was extra large--dated, but nice enough. Our only "strike" against the hotel was a lack of a common area. We were near our daughter, who is in college. We wanted to play some games at the hotel, but there was only one area in which to do so, and it was blah...for lack of a better description. An 8'x8' room, maybe? But that was the only common area. The staff was friendly, and the overall appearance of the hotel was updated and comfortable though.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Carol Stream and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. A special shout-out to Sal, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of during my visit. His friendly and helpful attitude made a big difference, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience. Thank you, Sal, and the rest of the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

We were very happy with our stay at Holiday Inn Carol Stream. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and had any extras that we asked for. The pool was very nice and the rooms were quiet. The Burger Theory diner was great, the breakfast selection was very good, as was the food. The food came quickly and the service was great. We will stay at this hotel when we visit family again.

I love this place. Feel horrible about leaving a good review because I am selfish. I don't want people flocking to this place. I need vacancies here.
Safe, clean, beds are so comfy!!

The pool and hot tub are what is the kicker. You could easily fit 10 healthy sized people in the hot tub and no one touches. The pool water is not freezing.

My boyfriend and I stay here every time we are in the Chicago area.

This is a review I didn't want to give because I really like how low key it is, BUT it is a hidden gem. Book somewhere else.

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn-Carol Stream, IL 4-5 times while visiting my Family in Wheaton. The Staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The onsite restaurant, Burger Theory, is delicious! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Clean room. Easy location for getting to a business location. Convenient to have Burger Theory in hotel. Didn't care for loud noise coming from the HVAC. Although the in room refrigerator was worse. When it kicked on, made a gurgling sound. Because of these two noises, didn't get a good night's rest.

Wow! Give HI Carol Stream your business. I rented the Fox Valley Conference room at this location to hold my wife's 50th Surprise Birthday Party. The Sales and Catering Manager did an amazing job helping me pull everything together and the event Manager and Staff went above and beyond before and during the event to make it a huge success. I decided to cater the event through the on-site restaurant and the food is wonderful. The bar staff was awesome.

Conveniently located in Carol Stream, this was a nice spacious building with many creature comforts and great hospitality. The little restaurant downstairs offers great meals and there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as gym, laundry and a little convenient store in case you need otc medicine or get a midnight snack attack.
Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for affordable accommodation in this area.
