I booked a weekend getaway for my birthday and the staff did an incredible job. The service was fantastic and staff were friendly. I had a minor issue with my first room and they accommodated me and switched out my room. The bed was comfortable. I had zero noise complaints for other guest there. They were not loud. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great service from everyone! Rooms were clean and fresh, Tramel at the front desk was super friendly and gave great dinner recommendations. Bertha was all smiles and quick with delicious breakfast. Jay was super friendly, making my stay very pleasant. Can't wait to come back

Staff was great my room was very spacious. The TV was a bit small but it was OK. The room was clean. The amenities was great nice pool hot tub workout room. There was exits in front and back. I drive a bus and it was definitely enough room for two buses and a truck to fit with plenty of extra room

We, five mid 20s women, traveled for a quick girls weekend. This location was perfect, as it is next door to a Winery & restaurant. The lobby, hallways, bedroom, and bathroom were clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub as we did not have time; but that was the deciding factor of reserving this hotel. The double room deluxe was perfect for us. The pull out bed was easy to use, and the front desk provided extra blankets and towel upon request. The night audit gentleman was very kind both nights. Tyriana O was amazing from the first phone call, to check out. We will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Came for a Wedding Reception. Staff was genuine and accommodating. Suggested the burger in Hanover & Hardy's onsite and ate Italian food at Goat & Vine next door. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We will be back again for hockey & rugby. We really like the location and all they have to offer. Great Value.

Jay And Christine were amazing and so very kind and helpful!! They made our stay one of the best ever!! Rooms were clean and comfy! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! We come here once a month for a little get a way!! We will definitely be back here next month!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel while in town for a gymnastics competition. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff! Everybody went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. There were 3 guys at the front desk when we checked in and they were the absolute kindest! The lady working later that evening made my daughter’s night when we came down to purchase a milk and eye drops. Blown away with the kindness to complete strangers. Thanks for making our stay amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised and ultimately blown away by the service of the staff members at this facility. Especially the day agent on Saturday 3/22 and Sunday 3/23. I also stayed there for business from 3/17-3/19. The food and drinks were very good, staff (Kristie) is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

I had left my electronic device in the lobby before checking out to travel back home and realized ~ 2 hrs later that I had left it at the hotel. I drove back to the hotel already considering it gone and asked the front desk agent if anyone had turned it in. She responded saying, "I was waiting for you to pick it up!" In these days, that kind of service and trust is hard to find.
