Dora was extremely friendly and helpful at the desk during the ILAFS conference. She was handling ALOT of traffic and never broke stride. The Rooms were clean and food at the conference was excellent. Great experience, would recommend to anyone

We decided to come up for St
Patrick's day. We are from the St.Louis area and wanted to experience the only two state parade. The hotel is central location for alot of the events we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. Can't wait for our next stay in July already booked our reservation

First off Sam and Moe were amazing! We had our wedding reception here. Myself and the bride did all of the decorations. Lisa Reynolds was amazing in the beginning and promised us the moon. In classic used car salesman tactics failed miserably. We were at the hotel and 4am the day of our wedding making sure things went according to plan after being told by Lisa Reynolds that she would make sure the decor was taken care of. She is more like a snake oil salesman letting us know the day before that she wouldn't have the staff to accommodate the decor. Her GM Brandon wasn't any help at all. He corroborated her falsehoods. And our special day was a disaster. If you book a reception here make sure that whatever is said or promised by Lisa Reynolds is in writing. She did and will over promise and under deliver. Beverages weren't brought out until after the meal. We were given a butchers knife for our wedding cake. Our sheet cakes were left in the box. The accommodations were subpar and unprofessional at best. I can't speak for IHG as a conglomerate but Lisa Reynolds of the Rock Island Holiday Inn failed in epic fashion.

The morning coffee in the lobby was farcical. Barely warm and not much more than flavored coffee substitute.

At 2:15 AM, we were awakened by loud laughing and yelling in the hall outside our room. The voices were feminine. The rude behavior lasted about ten minutes.

There is no breakfast offered at the hotel which diminishes the value of what could be a great hotel value and experience.

We booked here off of a stay and play weekend from our club team.

They gave us a room and our keys didn't work. They gave us different key cards, went in room and someone else's belongings were in there!

Went back to front desk and they apologized, gave us a free dinner at restaurant, and booked us across the hall. Room was not very clean. Hotel was not in a very nice area. Homeless people were walking around the hotel and hanging out in the lobby.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Rock Island to attend the Circa 21 Dinner Theater. It's perfectly located close to the theater. They offer a Theater rate, which is helpful if the regular price I get is higher. The rooms are nice and the staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast restaurant downstairs is good.

I stayed here because my company xmas party was across the street. Check in was fast and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Stopped to have a drink at the bar and it was very good and very reasonably priced. Sleeping was good. Water pressure and temperature for the shower was good. overall excellent experience.

Our friend used this hotel for a wedding block of rooms, and I must say I am so glad they did! The staff is AMAZING! Symone in the Ale House is the reason I would go back there! So friendly and so nice. The 2 ladies in B’s kitchen for breakfast were so helpful in helping us find some local things to do and places to eat while there. The front desk staff is so accommodating and helpful. Only cons were minimal, size of the room trash cans are just overly small for anyone staying more than 1 night. Additionally the A/C fluctuates so much it never stays constant which can be a problem if you are a cold sleeper. Overall it was a great experience and I would visit again.
