I stayed here over the Christmas holiday for three nights while visiting my mother in assisted living in Quincy. Everything was great. A very nice extra was two tickets for the Christmas Day brunch. This was quite a spread and was complimentary. It may have been due to my Diamond Elite level but it was very good.

My room was a two room suite which was also very nice. The fitness room machines and tv all worked fine which isn't always the case in some hotels.

I look forward to staying here again when I return to visit my mother.

Several things disappointed me about this property. First being handicap, your handicap parking is not very convenient. It is to the left-hand side of the door on a slight incline. A struggle for someone in a wheelchair. The room was nice, roomie the issue, however, was the bed!. I don’t know who’s right it was to elevate the bed that high. If you were going to elevate anything it should have been the commode. Being 6 foot and trying to sit on a commode that is what I would say elementary school high. When I asked a manager about a room with a bed that was closer to the floor he said there was none. All the beds were elevated like that.If they are, you need to think about those who have issues with being tall and being able to get in an elevated bed. If they are, you need to think about those who have issues with being tall and being able to get in an elevated bed. Do better Holiday Inn.

Location is decent. Lobby is a bit strange due to decor. Folding tables all over for computer desk etc. Biggest letdown was pool and hot tub were down upon arrival. It’s an okay hotel but a bit pricey for amenities. Man at front desk at check in was a bit rude and short. At checkout, gentleman asked why we were disappointed and offered discount which we appreciated. No key entry for outlying doors was odd also. Room was average. Not many good choices in Quincy to choose from.

This franchise was clean, comfortable, provided great value and had friendly staff. We slept great and had a great breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner was mediocre. We ate later like around 8-8:30pm. The service was great. Breakfast was real good and the staff were super too.

LOVE this hotel. Consistently modern, clean, friendly. Got a free breakfast buffet for Thanksgiving, a great perk! Like the complimentary coffee. Have never used the pool or workout room but know they have them.

Only negative feedback - not made for short people like me. Beds and sinks VERY high. Don't see how a kid could use 'em.

This was a great hotel. I was unexpectedly upgraded and received a king suite for my stay. The room was large and comfortable which was important due to freezing temperatures during my stay. The room heated up easily and the furnishings, especially the sofa and bed were very comfortable. I would have loved to have a regular size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker for convenience. I often have food items I bring along and the small refrigerator is often inadequate for storage. Overall, I will choose to stay here again and again! Love the giraffes in the lobby, included a picture with my mother.

Great stay all around, and one of the best Holiday Inns that I've stayed at.
My only two issues were that they how to updated the app to notify me their Spa was broken, and there are no key card entrances. You have to come in and out to the front door.

I travel a ton. I have to say that if you find yourself looking for a room in Quincy, this place is worth the little extra coin. Everyone was super nice, and the place was clean! I also have to give a shout out to RUTH (Manager) and the gang at the restaurant/bar in the lobby. Most attached restaurants in hotels are a joke! Not here, every meal and every drink was awesome! My favorite meal if I had to pick one: The 3 Pork medallion's with a sweet chili glaze, garlic mashed, and broccoli! (All made in house and portion sizes that your momma only gives you! LOL!) The last night I had to just go for it and try their seasonal peppermint cheese cake! 😋🤤 Listen, you know the food and service have to be good when even the locals come there on the regular! NICE JOB!🤙
