My stay at **Holiday Inn Glendale – Stadium & Entertainment District** was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I arrived, the **staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating**, making check-in quick and seamless. The **room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped** with a comfortable bed, modern decor, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

One of the standout features was the **prime location**, just minutes from **State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, and Westgate Entertainment District**. Whether attending an event or exploring the area, everything was easily accessible.

The **on-site restaurant and bar** offered delicious food, and the **fitness center and outdoor pool** provided great ways to unwind. The overall atmosphere was **safe, quiet, and welcoming**, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for **comfort, convenience, and top-notch service** in Glendale. I’ll definitely be returning!

I choose this hotel based on the onsite restaurant because being diamond elite we had a bunch of food credits to use. Midway through our stay the restaurant said they were no longer going to charge meals to rooms and we would need to pay upfront ( which again the whole reason I chose this hotel was the restaurant) then the staff also tired to not let our child who was on our reservation eat free. I asked the hotel about it and they just kept saying a manager would talk to the restaurant and then they would give us a call. Not once did a manager call or even attempt to make it right, had I known that we couldn’t place orders at said restaurant I would have booked at a different hotel. The room was decent size but for being a newer hotel I would expect it to be a little cleaner, the bathroom in particularly was not cleaned and had stains on the walls and all over the base boards. The one positive was the location was central to everything I needed to do. After staying at many many IHG hotels I would not stay here again.

Did not feel welcome upon check in and check out. Poor staff training and bad customer service. Did not get their names but they both worked morning shift. Only 2 front desk employees were extremely nice! Was not informed about breakfast or pool hours upon check in. Only thing I was told was where the elevator was I had to find out the rest myself but ate breakfast somewhere else. Would love to come back but I would rather take my business elsewhere with my employee discount and points. But room was comfortable and house keeping was amazing!!!

We truly loved our stay. We came in a little early in town and Rose took care of my accommodation and did her best to check us in. As a Platinum Member of IHG she made me feel at ease and took care of our needs. The room is beautiful and very clean. I had an amazing night sleep. I definitely recommend this place.

Came for 2 week business trip but the location of the hotel made it a leisurely trip also. Close to the entertainment district. Very easy to get to from where we were at for work. Also, the food and atmosphere at the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful enough that most nights we were able to just stay there and have a great time without haveing to leave and go out into a city we didn't know.

Hotel itself is very nice but staff is poorly trained. At check in there was no sign on desk and had to hunt for agent. She was unable to answer pretty basic questions about property. Tried to check out at 5:45 AM. No coffee out yet and was told I could not check out because “services not available until 7:00”. Still have not been able to get a receipt.

This new Holiday Inn is located in Glendale near next to Topgolf and the Tanger outlets. It’s a wonderful shopping and dining district yet a quiet area. The hotel is tastefully appointed and decorated, the staff is friendly and efficient. There’s a great restaurant on site with delicious hamburgers, TVs, and a big bar menu. The hallways are wide, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the gym is great too! This is our second visit and our “go to hotel” in Phoenix!

This was last minute stay to attend the Cardinals game. Not sure what booking ahead would have done for the rate, but we spent $299 for Saturday night and $259 for Sunday night. There's a nice restaurant/bar located within the hotel property called The Crooked Pint. Had drinks and dinner on Saturday night, and breakfast on Sunday morning. Prices were reasonable and it was very convenient. The Hotel has a small convenient store type area where some sundries and snacks can be purchased. The king size bedroom was comfortable, and other than a few small issues with the bathroom; rocking toilet & shower diverted that didn't work for the hand held shower head, it was perfect.
