I booked thru bookings.com they tried to charge my card when the website said to pay at hotel/location but my card was locked. I brought this up with the front desk at. He said it was normal they try to make sure my card works before booking... whatever. Then I paid and booked a suite .. a 2 bedroom with additional living space. It was one room with a lounge couch. Not even a pull out couch. Room not as described Then proceeded to charge me extra 250 fraudulently for smoking in the room. When I legit only used it for to get ready and sleep because I had an event near by. I was barely in my room not to mention overcharging me for the room when I got there and not being how described if anything I needed a discount. I already file a police incident report. 0/0 do not recommend 😒

When we got to the hotel the staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room was extremely clean and beautiful

The bed was more comfortable than our at home, even though it was a bit tall for us,( we're both short). Breakfast was abundant and the variety impressive. Definitely recommend a stay here.

I mostly dealt with David at the front desk, but I also had experience with Lisa and they were both very genuine in their kindness and eagerness to accommodate. Housekeeping was also professional and friendly and the morning buffet was nicely stocked with a courteous and responsive agent, just a heads. Heads up for any visitors, there is construction underway on the adjacent property using gasoline, power equipment. That is a little noisy during normal working hours, but the evening is relatively tranquil. Hotel was clean and well-maintained.

I would like to commend David and Lisa on their outstanding service. I was there for a funeral and they made sure all logistics were done to make my visit comfortable. They are very kind, professional, and willing to help above and beyond. I also want to commend the maintenance man, and housekeeping staff as well. They too were friendly and were willing to go out their way to help. You all run a great crew out there and I highly recommend your facility. Next time I come I will staying there again. Thank you all for looking out for this Marine Veteran.

Comfy room great breakfast and service. Wife and I visited as newly weds and we were both impressed with how fancy the rooms looked. We also live very close by so we now know what hotel we will visit whenever we decide to crash at a hotel. My parents come to this location quite often as well. Great stuff!

David at the front desk is THE BEST! We had a huge group stay here and everyone had SO MUCH FUN! David helped make sure we had extra towels, helped with setting everyone up in the dining area for a big dinner, fixed TVs, and made sure we had everything for fun at the pool. We cannot wait to come back!!

I have to admit that I was not very happy initially going in because the website stated there was a pool onsite, and I did not find out the pool was indefinitely closed until my reminder came in my email. However, the manager was willing to work with my needs after I called in. Once my son and I arrived, we were met with a smile and a welcoming greeting by the front desk. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I have never stayed at a hotel where the complimentary bathroom needs were in dispensers. I had brought my own, but had I not, it would have been nice to have the right amount of shampoo and conditioner for my hair (I have a lot of hair). The room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Sunday morning was busy for breakfast, but the staff was very friendly and did all they could to keep up with replenishing everything. The automatic pancake maker was a nice touch. My 8yo loved the place and kept commenting on how nice it was. I only gave four stars because of the pool debacle. Otherwise, it would have been five.

Husband and I booked a suite online, looking at the description and reading through, we saw that we would have a bedroom and living room, perfect so we can get the kids to bed and still watch a movie and be up. In order to get this room, we were charged extra. When we got to the room, we were very surprised to find one small room with two beds and a couch. When I went to see if a mistake had been made, before I could even finish talking, the front desk clerk said that Holiday Inn doesn’t do living room suites and that the “suite” means we get a sleeper couch. Not to mention the rooms are kept hot with no way to make it any cooler, and the foam beds and pillows trap in heat. The room, namely the bathroom didn’t feel very clean, and seemed to be deeply stained. I’ve never had an experience like this, and will not be booking with Holiday Inn any longer with falsely advertised rooms and rough service.
