Excellent place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent service at front desk, in the breakfast room, and cleaning staff. Good options for breakfast. The fresh chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were great. One of the best overnight stays we have had on this road trip!

This is a beautiful hotel! Super clean with very comfortable beds and pillows! The breakfast had fruits, cereals, eggs, bacon sausages, toasts, bagels and rolls! You won’t be disappointed in this hotel! It was quite too!

This hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The area felt safe. They welcomed our large breed dog. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay, very clean, comfortable and cozy. This place has a nice rooms, spacious bathroom, not much of a view, but was just passing through. It even has a small gym if you feel like overachieving!

I made our reservations by calling the front desk. Julie was wonderful. I didn’t have my membership number and she took the time to look it up for me. Upon arrival we met her. She is efficient, patient and helpful with a beautiful smile. We stayed 2 separate nights. Both nights there were freshly baked cookies for us to enjoy. |The first night we were on the 3rd floor. It was a nice sized room, well appointed and clean. It was a lovely room. They thought of everything we might need. It was very quiet. The second night’s stay was different. We were in room 205. It was across from the ice machine and a storage room. It was noisy both early morning and evening. The television did not work and twice we had someone try to fix it. While they were quick to respond and we all thought it was fixed but ultimately it was not. We gave up and went without tv.|The breakfast staff were wonderful. The gentleman worked diligently, with a happy attitude keeping the food well stocked and everything clean.|Overall we were happy with the hotel I just would not recommend room 205

Terrible experience with shower. The diverted control (tub to shower head) was jammed with water mineral residues. We could not control flow to shower head. Tub drain stopper loose in the tub. The smoke detector kept beeping on low battery warning, no ice on the second floor. Staff was oblivious. Do not recommend staying there, we won’t for sure.

The hotel has very clean rooms and comfortable beds. This was one of my best nights sleep in a hotel recently. The rooms appear to have been updated, but the TVs are older. Only Dish is available and sometimes has a choppy signal. The WiFi signal was spotty and weak throughout my room and left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was one of the highlights and there was a large variety of high quality options.

The room we had has a very strong smells. We tried to switch room but we were told the hotel is all booked. We had our window open so that we can get some fresh air in but it doesn't help. One problem lead to another, we came to find out the bathroom door lock is broken and the bathroom door kept opening if you don't shut the door good. The last thing was, the bath tub was so slippery that my sister fell and bruised her arm and tail bone. Luckily she didn't hit her head on the shower handle. My overall experience at this hotel was horrible. I stay at other holiday inn express and never had this issue. We won't be staying at the Willows holiday inn express again. Thank you
