The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a room close to the elevator because my wife walks with a cane. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. The whole location was easy to find and was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a large variety of food and had something for everyone. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a excellent vale for the money. We were highly impressed!!!!

Great clean rooms. Service was nice. My only complaint was the price...470 dollars for one room is pretty steep for a holiday Inn for one night. And I needed 2 rooms! Almost cost 1000.00. Being desperate, we had no choice but to pay and sacrifice our vacation...these rooms normally range less than half that price. I wish my IHG membership offered more incentives

We’ve stayed here at least 5x before. The location is great and the staff friendly. Our TV didn’t work but they supposedly comped us 5,000 points, which is nice! What we didn’t like this time is the “hidden fee“ of $30 for utilities! What on earth is this for? We would have to shower for more than 48 hours straight to use $30 of water! If it’s costing IHG that much, up the price but do not tack on a fee for utilities or make it like a hidden fee… be upfront!!! Until this is resolved, we won’t stay there again.

Nice and comfortable, close to the action of Route 66 strip. Both my Pops and me were very impressed by this hotel and would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Hopefully we will be back soon. Last but not least, walking distance (next door) to an amazing brewery/distillery with great food.

I initially planned to overlook the issues with our stay, but after the way my wife was spoken to when she called about a $170 charge on our card, I feel compelled to share our full experience.

We booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool, only to find out upon arrival that it was broken. From what we were told, it has been out of order for a while, yet the website isn’t consistently updated to reflect that. The manager even admitted they’ve tried to post it, but it “keeps getting taken down.” If a major amenity is unavailable, guests deserve to know before booking—not when they check in.

Cleanliness was another issue. While our room was acceptable, the breakfast area was dirty, and the pool area, including the hot tub, was not well maintained. Looking up, we saw an air vent coated in rust/brown residue. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Finally, and most frustratingly, the customer service was unacceptable. When my wife called to ask about the $170 charge, instead of getting a helpful response, she was met with rudeness and defensiveness. The front desk agent immediately dismissed her concern and was so defensive, saying, “This is not our problem, it’s a Priceline issue, and my manager would never make that mistake!”—which is not how you talk to a guest simply asking for clarification. A little professionalism and empathy go a long way. She could have said something like, “I’m so sorry, this happens all the time with Priceline. I wish I could help, but since it’s on their end, you’ll need to reach out to them. Let us know if there’s anything we can do on our side.” Instead, she chose attitude over assistance.

If this hotel wants repeat guests, they need to improve transparency about amenities, clean their facilities, and train their staff in basic customer service.

THe hotel is conveniently located and is a short walk or drive to downtown Williams. The rooms are decent sized and are quiet.

We stayed during peak season for Polar Express so the hotel was very busy. The biggest drawback was the lack of space in the breakfast area with so many people/families. Each morning the area was full with no seating available. That being said I was VERY Impressed with the staff members responsible for the breakfast area. I have never seen staff working so hard to keep things stocked and cleaned at a hotel that offers free breakfast for all guests. The guy and gal were always available and proactively kept everything stocked even with the constant flow of people.

Great job to the staff.

Positive: The breakfast was great! One of the best I've had at a hotel. Negative: The pool was so cold my kiddo couldn't even get in. Would have been nice to k ow the heater was broke at check in, we would have planned out niggt differently. TOTALY DISAPOINTING. Also, the staff was VERY standoffish when we came in were on thier phone.

This place still a bad place to stay, stayed there a while back n night clerk was very rude.
This time the pool and the hot was dirty. Entrance to pool area had mold covered on the walls and doors would close and stayed open. Fitness center also had mold on wall and the ceiling. Also bugs crawling around on the floor. The bed was very hard, we had know choice and to get a room there after a long day of working. It would’ve been better to just go to Flagstaff. Then we get hit with an extra utility surcharge of 30$ this morning. We should’ve learned the first time.
