This is an older hotel that may require major renovations sooner rather than later. It's a little pricey for the area. But it still earned my 5-star was based on:
1. This is probably the safest hotel in the area
2. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable
3. All staff members were very friendly
4. Above average free breakfast. Joe was polite and replenished quickly
5. Tesla super charger near the front entrance
6. Kinda isolated from the travel centers, I don't feel comfortable sleeping next to a gas station

I was on a motorcycle and viewing the chirakawas with another Rider. The hotel was clean and pleasant. No noise has a gym in a pool. The breakfast room was great. The food was pretty decent compared to most I could actually eat it. Good location for our use

Customer service here is absolutely fabulous. Sondra and the crew at the front desk are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their guests. I highly recommend this place as you will be treated like royalty. Super friendly, super nice very accommodating and overall great places to stay.

This is the best hotel in the Wilcox area. It may be a little older than other Holiday Inns but everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again any time I'm in the area.

Really nice mattress and bedding. As much or more than you can expect off the highway. Big clean bathroom, good shower, coffee maker in room made great coffee. Quiet room through the night, well built and designed - blinds keep the light out, Clean room overall, nothing incredibly fancy and typical wear and tear for its age. Nice little breakfast in the morning - regular and decaf are very good. Can’t say anything bad about the experience and was better than most when traveling these days.

Great stay, responsive staff. Not sure why there's been a trend in hotel bathrooms to use dim lighting, however the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good and a great bonus. We'd definitely return.

Location was convenient, but what a dump! Room smelled like cigarettes, pet urine & chemical cleaner. Holes in walls & water damage around the tub. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable, front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Only place for food is the truck stop across the street.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the overall facility seemed well taken care of. The room was dirty!!! The headboard on the bed was greasy from peoples’ heads, or who knows what….the bed skirting looks like it hasn’t been washed for months, the phone had dirty finger prints, there was a large dried up stain on the wall from some sort liquid being spilled/thrown, crumbs underneath the microwave, dark small hairs on the sheets. I did have a dog room and my experience is they generally aren’t as nice, but no excuse not to be clean especially for it being double the cost of all the other hotels in Wilcox.
