I really appreciated the front desk staff upon arrival. They were helpful and acknowledged me as an IHG rewards member, which made me feel as though I was valued. The room was very spacious, with only very little noise. The Wi-Fi does need improvement however. The included Hot breakfast was amazing, with numerous choices for people with different appetites and/or preferences. I will definitely note this hotel as one I will be recommending to any who might be staying in the Watsonville area!

Location was convenient. Stay was nice with comfortable and clean room. Thank you for the nice upgrade. Environment was quiet for good rest. Air conditioning unit was noise when it was in. Staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Room was clean and even included liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Great stay. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. They had a great variety of food. They even had triple oikos yogurt with the higher protein. Food was fully stocked and Alba made sure everything was warm and clean. She was on top of it!!! And she was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the Breakfast.

Justina Ramirez is one of the reasons I keep coming back. She’s amazing! Everyone at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Very welcoming ! Justina always sticks out just because you can tell she loves what she does and always nice to talk too

Front desk individuals that I interacted with were personable and professional.. The rooms and lobby are spacious and clean. MUCH BETTER THAN THE SANTA CRUZZ LOCATION. EVEN AFTER MY DAUGHTERS VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO AT THE SANTA CRUZ HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR PARKING FEES. ALSO, EVEN AFTER SPENDING OVER 80,000.00 dollars at the Santa Cruz location-CHECK YOUR RECORDS/FILES, THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF CREAM CHEESE MY DAUGHTER USED- THAT'S RIGHT , CREAME CHEESE.. Watsonville a much cleaner and well run location.

This is a great property to stay at if you are between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Good location, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Options for off site dining are close to property if needed. Will stay here again!

When I reached to the guest service desk, was greeted with a smile, enthuastic, and with member status. Loved to see she went above the expectation and provided all the information and new to me too. I was not aware of the additional reward points we earn when we reuse the towels.

IT WAS A NICE HOTEL. STAFF DIDNT TELL ME WHERE ANYTHING WAS AT CHECK IN, SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW WHICH ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE AND BLAMED IT ON HOUSE KEEPING. I HAD TO ASK HIM WHERE OUR ROOM WAS, WHERE THE INDOOR POOL WAS. WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS IN MY ROOM HE TOLD ME TO USE POOL TOWELS BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF REGULAR TOWELS. IT WAS A GREAT STAR COMFORTABLE BED AND NEW NICE STUFF. BUT THOSE TWO THINGS REALLY MADE MY EXPERIENCE GO DOWN.
