I was a little worried when I read some of the negative reviews but I’m so happy I decided to give this hotel a try for myself. I booked a one night stay to attend a memorial for my friend that evening at the yacht club down the street. I called in advance and Austin at the front desk said he could accommodate an early check in which made it so much easier for me since I needed to help with setting up the event. He gave me options on which floor I wanted and even recommended a great corner room on the 3rd floor (#315). It was very spacious and also very clean. The bedding was super comfortable and the room was quiet.
Re the reviews about homeless people around.. I did see ONE homeless guy rummage through the trash earlier in the day but he was harmless. I did not feel concerned at all when I returned to the hotel that night. Parking lot was well lit and there was ample parking right in front.
I would 1000% choose this property again!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and had a positive experience. The location was convenient making it ideal for exploring the area. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view. The staff were super friendly and attentive ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. Warm delicious breakfast with fresh coffee is unforgettable. For the price, I found the hotel to be of great value, and I would definitely recommend it.

I have stayed here many times, and it’s always a great experience! The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from work, making it incredibly convenient. I'm late with this review however it's a review that's is needed to seen. This place, for me, set the tone for any other Holiday Inn Express I will have contact with in the future. From the front desk staff, to the clean rooms, to the breakfast... EXCELLENT! Although the location doesn't give a stellar view it is quiet and the grounds are well maintained! I give it 10 out of 10!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Suisun Waterfront multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I stay here for my office visits, it feels like home. The staff always greets me warmly and remembers me, which makes my stays even more personal and welcoming.

The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I love the spacious layout and the comfortable beds, which allow me to get a great night’s sleep after a busy day of work. The beautiful waterfront view adds to the serene, relaxing atmosphere that makes this hotel truly special.

Breakfast is always a highlight for me. The variety of fresh options, from hot selections to healthier choices, ensures that I can start my day energized and ready for meetings. The staff in the breakfast area are attentive, keeping everything tidy and ensuring guests are well taken care of.

The location couldn’t be better. Whether I need to get to the office or unwind after work, the convenient access to the waterfront and nearby dining options makes everything easy and enjoyable.

What keeps me coming back is the feeling of comfort and familiarity. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure my stays are smooth and enjoyable, and I truly feel at home every time I return.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this hotel was. We came for a baseball tournament and have experience staying in many hotels in Northern California. The hotel and room was clean and smelled very nice. The hotel breakfast was actually good with many options. Everything was nice and we had no complaints. We will stay here again.

Our stay was wondering. We did a little romantic getaway and it was easy to enter and our room was super clean. Easy assess to the gym & pool. It was our first time using the pool in this location and it was super clean. The breakfast was wondering like always. If we needed help there was someone around to help.

First off, Austin, young man at the front desk, best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any hotels I’ve stayed at. I booked the hotel because I needed some alone time while out of town visiting my in-laws after finding out my dog passed away . I decided I’d get a hotel room and relax and maybe do some crying to grieve all while the wife and kids stayed with the in-laws.
Well I ended up staying there a few nights because it was so great for me mentally and physically. Austin and the other gentleman who was working along side of him, were better than good. The lady who worked the following morning was super helpful and was able to get me some Advil to help with my headache. They ALL were Super friendly and just felt like they were genuinely happy to be there. I will be staying here again.
