The room overall was good, but the bathroom does need some work. Scratched walls and ripped curtain. It’s right off the highway and there are many places to eat nearby. The service was terrible, as out of the five days that I stayed here, my room was only serviced once. I had to take my own trash out and had to go to the receptionist for fresh towels. When I told the receptionist, she said nothing at all, and gave me a blank expression. Not an apology or what can be done to fix this issue. I would not recommend staying here more than a day.

The breakfast staff were friendly and great to talk to.

The towels were stained, bed spread was stained, shower is VERY slippery and I fell as an athletic 22 year old. Room was very warm and never cooled off despite lowering the temperature on the thermostat. TV kept turning off and saying no service. Breakfast was great, good selection, and the man was very friendly who was working breakfast.

Was here for 2 nights and the front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was flawless and very efficiently done.
Breakfast can be busy but there was plenty of food available and the guest laundry was complementary which was a nice touch

My husband and I decided to get away for my birthday weekend. We have stayed at this property and were not disappointed this time either. Anthony was working at the desk, and he was very friendly.

He even gave me two complimentary drink vouchers for my birthday. Anthony even checked in a few times to ensure our weekend went well. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel as a whole was clean, and breakfast was what we expected while staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

It was nice having the restaurant in the Crowne Plaza right next door.

I left a tablet computer in the room and realized it two hours after leaving the hotel. It took a few calls to get the correct return procedure, and I found it was my responsibility to provide a UPS shipping label. No problem—it was easy enough—the hotel had the label by noon, and I was promised an immediate shipment. I was pretty impressed with the method – it seemed entirely reasonable to me. The problem is it’s a week later, and I still don’t have my tablet. I’m not in a panic since I know the hotel security has it because several of my calls had the statement “oh yeah, I have it right here”. By the UPS tracker, I see it’s on the way now. But why was both my time and the hotel staff's time wasted with dozens of phone calls and emails? Total incompetence.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The heater in our room was being goofy, and wouldn't turn off, so our room was extremely hot. We called the front desk, and maintenance was there to fix the problem within 5-10 minutes. The problem was fixed, and we cooled down in no time. The breakfast was wonderful and had excellent options. I definitely recommend!

Was a bit nervous about this hotel after reading reviews but hotel was great. The whole property was very clean. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
