Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn Express!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was quick and seamless, making my arrival stress-free.

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus—fresh, hot, and with plenty of variety to suit any taste.

The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to get some work done. Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for business travelers and families alike!

I really can't say enough good things. Been coming here at least once a year for a long time to visit family. When my mom got sick, and eventually passed, the staff recognized me (b/c frequent visits), offered comfort, support and kindness.

That aside, room is always neat and clean. Staff here are amazing. Door dash is easy, breakfast buffet (usually) on point. Loyal customer here.

The room was clean. I love the pillows. The jacuzzi tub was perfect. Quick check-in and checkout process. Nice staff and plenty of food options around. My only issue was that the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

This is a typical HIExpress in appearance. It is well appointed, welcoming in the front lobby and clean. What makes a difference is the Staff. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and helpful. My one little room problem was handled without hesitation. I asked for a couple of extra needs to be met. Done willingly. Staff approached me to ensure I was satisfied. I have periodic business in the area. I will stay here again.

The facility was very clean, we were greeted with smiles and the process went smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, so I'm glad we didn't have to go out in the cold. we will be back.

The front desk staff were very nice and the dining area and breakfast were as expected for Continental fare. Our problem was with the room. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor. If you walked on the carpet with bare feet and stepped on the bath mat, you would leave a dirty footprint. The chair had stains on it. The beds and sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. It's obviously an older hotel, but please at least clean the carpets or replace them. I'm sure there is mold. Location was good for our visit, but I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff is very friendly. Upon check-in they greeted me as an IHG member. They were clear with directions and when breakfast was.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was fine, but the tub was a little touchy. Water pressure was mediocre.

The breakfast was excellent, but the seating is tight and you may sit closer than expected to someone.

Overall, this was a fine stay and I would come back!

Dirty Jacuzzi Rude Staff and Management. I will never ever again stay at this hotel again, they were racist and when I reported to the front desk that the jacuzzi was dirty and ask for cleaning supplies to cleaned it she told me they didn't have any and I told her I will go buy some and then she went and found some but not once did she suggest cleaning it at all, which had hair and very old dirt inside of the jets. When I spoke with the General Manager the next day about this, she told me they were short staff and that she was having to clean the rooms herself and only offer half back of my money when I had to clean a nasty jacuzzi and I am neither an employee for them to have to do so. And I checked out in March 7 and have not received my room deposit or half of my refund, when I should have not been charged at all this is unacceptable and them I was laughed at and talk to as if I was not human when checking out I worked for CNN and travel all of the time I will most definitely share my story with pictures of I don't receive my money back to my card.
