We booked this location due to its close proximity to a work event. It might be one of the nicest holiday inns I’ve stayed in. House keeping stayed on top of it, kept my room clean! The rooms were very dark and quiet, which is great because I’m a light sleeper.
Jenice in particular worked the front desk and was very welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed our stay!

Suburban area so no parking charge should apply. But the owners have figured out they can charge $10 per night. No signage in the lot, so I don't think they can actually fine you. Hampton next door (same owners) has $10 fee too. Rooms and public areas spotlessly clean. Highway facing room had plenty of traffic (trucks) noise at night. No pancake machine (broken) and no cinnamon rolls. The breakfast attendant was very attentive and kept items stocked and the place very tidy. I will pay a parking fee in an urban area, but here's it's just a ploy.

Room was large and very clean. Free breakfast was more limited than usual some I have seen but still good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My one quibble was the workout room. The temperature was probably 74 degrees. After my brisk 4.5 mile walk on the treadmill I was drenched in sweat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Love that the Hotel is right off the freeway and not too far from places to eat and shop. Needed a stay for the weekend as I attended a conference. This hotel was in between both locations I needed to go. Would have loved to sit back and relax in the room a bit more with the TV on, however the TV had a fuzzy purple picture the whole time. Other than that hiccup, i had no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the are.

We had booked the room well in advance and paid in full. We arrived at 10:00pm only to find out they had canceled our booking with no notification whatsoever. We ended up rebooking at a higher price even with the “discount” included. We were short on towels and the rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear the freeway and your neighbors. If you don’t want to run the risk of having your booking canceled without notification, this may not be the hotel for you.

Hotel location is convenient, off the freeway but still quiet. Room is clean and modern. Comfortable bed. I would prefer to have 1 hard pillow though. Free continental breakfast is excellent. Breakfast area is very spacious, clean with high ceiling. Friendly staffs. Strongly recommend.

The graveyard shift with the old Indian man have zero customer service. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder. I made a complaint about it to the manager and the head manager came out from the back room and started yelling at me. He kept trying to argue with me even after I told him I don't wanna talk to him any more. He was very unprofessional and he even escalated the situation. I believe the head Manager is related to the graveyard shift old man cause they both have the same last name Singh. The employees was more professional than the head manager. He should feel ashamed and he's not worthy to be a head manager.

Thankfully, I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was delighted with the room, and the locale was conveniently close to the clinic where I had surgery scheduled. It was helpful to be so close to get to the appointment early and get back to the room quickly after the procedure. I felt at ease that the facilities were sanitary. I slept well and recovered nicely. Jenice and the staff were kind and hospitable, which made my stay especially lovely. I highly recommend a stay at the Holiday Inn!
