I've stayed at several different Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past year, and this one was by far the best. Staff was friendly, room was well equipped and clean, and the area was quiet, even though it is near the interstate. Plenty of food options nearby and the hotel breakfast had plenty of options to choose.

I had no issues or complaints during my stay.

Though renovated and updated, this IHG express and suites does not match its counterparts elsewhere. The rooms could use a larger chair for sitting or at least a foot rest for the smaller chair.|For travelers on the road, an essential is the weather channel on the TV. There was not a one. Being between tornadoes, lightening storms and rain, it would have been helpful. That and a note when checking in, that there is no guide for the TV, go to channel 15 to find it.|Though not uncomfortable, other IHG's seem to have better mattresses.||It is well located, staff was friendly and the breakfast comparable to the free breakfasts elsewhere.

We travel a lot and understand service well. This location exceeded all of those expectations. We appreciate the quality for money spent. The customer service was above excellent also. When was the last time you’ve said that? Breakfast was what’s expected at a hotel and clean and well prepared. We had a great stay.

Great location right off 90. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Best free breakfast in the business, omelets, great oatmeal and coffee. Room was clean and comfortable. I used the fitness room which had everything you might want. Definitely would come here again

We had a lovely stay. This location is pet friendly and we were able to bring our sweet Bandit. We have 3 teenagers so asking for two rooms with a connecting door was a great option to give us all 5 plus bandit lots of room and two bathrooms! Everyone is super nice and breakfast was great and filling. - thank you HIE!

Pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with our booking with a second party and front desk were understanding and helped us. Would recommend this location and hotel. Close to everything right off the interstate.

Room was clean, coffee pot was a keurig with decent coffee k kups, creamer could use an improvement to match quality, breakfast was good, omelets were tasty , coffee was good
Newer hotel a bit pricier than others in area but worth the difference. Upkeep appears to be getting done. May want to verify that mattresses are being flipped rotated as one mattress seemed more used than other. Overall good value

Great hotel to get a comfortable night's rest. This hotel must focus on friendliness before experience when interviewing front desk people, because they are the nicest most cheerful people I've ever seen! Daughter left a new sweater and jeans in the room. Most hotels would just put the items in lost and found, and after 30 days the items are fair game for employees. THIS hotel called me, informed us of the forgotten clothes, and arranged for the items to be shipped back! It's too bad this is only a 5 star rating because I would give them a TEN! If we ever travel this way again, we will definitely be staying here!
