My family and I stayed there May 23 through May 25, 2025. We all agreed this was one of the best hotels we could have chosen! The staff was very professional very accommodating and very appreciative. That is something that you don’t find anymore! Tab and Parker get a double A+ for their diligence, caring attitude, and an excellent representation of what IHG is all about!! Our rooms were extremely clean and were very well maintained.
We have family in the general area and will be staying at Holiday Inn express Prattville, Alabama Time after Time after Time.

Atrocious. Tabatha, at the front desk, was absent from the desk for 30 minutes due to “needing a smoke.” She was rude, unhelpful, and inappropriately dressed wearing a shroom tshirt and torn jeans. Our room wasn’t ready by check in at 3 pm and we had to wait in the hall for the cleaning service to start on it. Our sheets had dirt on them and one pillow had urine colored stains so we requested a change, only to receive grief from the cleaning service so a manager had to come and change the sheet. But she took the pillow stating, “Do y’all really need this pillow? You’re not about to have me walk upstairs for one pillow are you? Just make sure they don’t charge you $300 for this pillow at check out.” The pool was “not ready yet.” We confirmed it would be that morning over the phone. We were there for 1.5 hours before we decided to leave. We asked to be checked out by Tabatha and she didn’t. We got a message to check-out the following morning. No refund given. Worst customer service.

Very Comfortable, although I would like to see housekeeping clean rooms every day instead of having to ask. The location is good for my stay, and I would recommend it to family and friends. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping as well, and the location from the Interstate is good.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned at all—it had visible poop stains in the toilet and toothpaste smeared on the bathroom mirror. I had to request a new room right away.

Even after switching rooms, the cleanliness issues continued. For three days straight, no one came to clean my room. Trash piled up, towels were not replaced, and I had to go to the front desk just to ask for basic supplies like soap. The housekeeping staff seemed entirely absent during my stay.

The room itself had serious issues: live and dead roaches were present, the fridge smelled terrible, the carpet was stained, and the safe didn’t work (I was told none of them in the hotel did). On top of that, the coffee machines were broken and the hallway was constantly noisy, with people running up and down at all hours.

The swimming pool was dirty, and the gym was a joke—just one treadmill and one elliptical, both of which looked outdated.

The only positives were Tabitha at the front desk and the maintenance man, who were both incredibly kind and helpful. They were the only bright spots in an otherwise uncomfortable and frustrating stay.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services.

Paid a lot for a really disappointing stay, and a very poor room - what a letdown!! We are Diamond Elite members, and had asked for a room upgrade.....left for dinner before going up to our room - when we arrived back and went to our room, well it was very poor....not at all what we have grown to be able to expect. We had brought in all our stuff and we were tired - so we did not contact the front desk. And we knew that there were rooms available, as overheard lady at front desk making a reservation for that night - she offered them a conf. # but added it wouldn't probably be needed as they had plenty of rooms available! Then for breakfast - they didn't even have any decaf coffee, and it wasn't that the pot was empty - there wasn't even a pot. No one was around to be able to even ask a question. There was some really dried out scrambled eggs and not much else - never encountered anything like it before. Then to top it all off - and even though we had our sign out and had arranged for a late checkout - housekeeping came pounding, not knocking, at our door at 10 am! All around a bad experience and stay. Won't be staying there again!

I travel for work and stay in Hotels about 8 months out of the year, every year for the past 34 years and I hate to say that this property has the absolute worst Housekeeping Staff I’ve ever come across anywhere.. I was lucky to get even partial cleaning once or twice a week, most nights I’d come in and they hadn’t even been in the room to take out the trash or replenish towels or toilet paper. I spent a little over 7 weeks there and started taking pictures each night I’d come in and find nothing done. I left a note to vacuum my floor, it took 3 days for them to come in the room and see it. The hotel itself is a property in a really good location, and overall, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but if you’re planning a longer stay than just a night or two, and housekeeping services are important to you, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!

I would like to take this time to let you know, this was a great hotel to spend the night. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. They made you feel welcome.
Our room was excellent. We had lots of room & felt comfortable.
The only thing I would say is the breakfast could have a bit more variety. We traveled 4 days on the road and each IHG we stayed had sausage & omlette & spicy tators. Needs some variety. Overall stay was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Check-in went fine and was fairly quick but when I got to my room I discovered that the tv did not have signal. I brought this to the front desks attention and they attempted to fix the problem but were unsuccessful. Also, the sofa in the room might be the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in. Will not be back.
