Great facility. exactly where and when we needed to stop. Well cared for/updated. Breakfast staff was increasable. Iwas able to engage Brad/MGR, on a few items and he was very agreeable and open to my feedback. Will definitely stay again for a trip to: Cardinals/Busch Brewery/Soulard Market

This hotel was great. The staff was nice and welcoming, the amenities were great! The breakfast has many choices and they were all good. The rooms are big, clean, and fulfilling. And the location is by everything you could possibly need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. 10/10

Tons of food choices & lots of shopping nearby. The highway is a little noisy but maybe the opposite side is quieter? Room was clean. Hot breakfast was good. Would consider staying here again if i was in the area. Great location.

I titled my review consistency because I stay at Holiday Inn often and there is a level of consistency. The staff is always top notch. The beds are always super comfy. I enjoy the free breakfast as well.

My one constructive comment is I really wish they would get smart TVs. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Just a suggestion. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn’s. Changing up the breakfast would be great. I don’t need anything lavish. I usually have special K cereal with strawberries, cranberry juice. Sometimes scrambled eggs and bacon when it is available. My suggestion would be just plain special K cereal, maybe some bagels to put in toaster. Otherwise everything is great.

Hotel was older you could tell but was clean and comfortable except for the bathroom in the mobility accessible room. There was no way to get a wheelchair next to the toilet to transfer. Tried the public one in the lobby same problem. Staff was nice had a nice conversation with the lady in charge of breakfast.

This is a good place to stay if you are traveling in the St Louis area. It is close to the interstate but no so close as to be noisy. There are several restaurants nearby with good menus.

The breakfast is very good. Now that COVID is over, many hotels have not returned to high quality meals. This HI Express had eggs, bacon, and pastries available, as well as hot and cold cereal. That was appreciated.

The room and beds were clean and well maintained. The room was also quiet, even though we were on the first floor.

Our only complaint is the condition of the bathroom. It was clean, sort of. The sinks and vanity were clean, but the floor could have used a good mopping. There was a slight odor.

We will stay here again.

Positive: The location was the only bright spot. Negative: The entire floor smelled of marijuana. The front desk clerk was put out to assist us with the room above us making excessive noise until 5:30am!!
