I stayed here a night after attending a local concert. I was delighted to see how clean it was. How easy checking in was. And how close we were to venue. The breakfast was excellent, etc. And the only reason I am taking away a star is because I left behind some clothes, by accident of course. And the employee failed to report the items to their lost and found log. I never received a call about it, so when I called to ask about it, they said there was no report about it on file. Now mind you it was clothes, nothing irreplaceable or valuable and it still wasn't logged. So imagine leaving behind a nice piece of jewelry. As a courtesy to the clients, it would be nice to receive a call back and a mention of the items left behind. But just saying it's not here, wasn't acceptable. I only stayed there, so items were left behind there. My daughter had a similar incident in a hotel in Cancun, leaving behind a gold necklace, not only did she get a call, but item was mailed to her. So yes I believe this could have been handled better. It's called customer service, and there's always
room for improvement. Just a thought.

When we travel with 4 kids we always try to stay at HI Expresses. This was the best one we have stayed at thus far. This place has a great location for reaching all the major sites in the area, the breakfast (which is a top reason we love HI Expresses) was always fresh and the dinning area clean. We plan to stay here again our next trip out.

The room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was worn a bit. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was constantly refilling items. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I hated the water pressure in the shower though. Also, I requested a late check out when I made my reservation. I understand it based upon availability, but it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Stayed 1 night January 2025 - Rooms were adequate, breakfast was adequate with hot options. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was adequate. Would stay again.

Loved our stay at this hotel!!! Although we were there for one night, the room met our expectations and above. The bed was a King sized bed (I stress this because another major hotel that we are staying at now is a queen). Ample parking, the AC was great and the most notable amenity was the small refrigerator. It also had a separate freezer where we could store our ice blocks to keep our drinks cold as we traveled on the road. No other hotel has a nice big freezer - other major chain hotels have refrigerators with a tiny freezer compartment, but this one had a small refrigerator with a separate compartment and door for the freezer (just like at home -- freezer on top and fridge on bottom). Conveniently located to eating spots and other spots we frequent.

Lined up at 4PM then was told the room was not ready. Then they checked me in 1/2 hour later. Called then sent a security to knock on my room at 1:00AM to escort me to the front desk. She could not find my name on the system and I was not supposed to be in that room and wanted to check if I had paid for the room. WHAT A MESS.... Forget about Recognition of IHG club members. NOT WORTH A DIME for a night there

We will not stay here again. Arrived on 11/2 @ 3:00PM, two ladies at the front desk were uninterested that we were standing there waiting to check-in, more interested in something on the computer, it took 10 minutes and 4 more people behind us before acknowledgement. We get to our room, which was supposed to be a King-Suite to find a 2 bed Queen-Suite...but decided we'd be okay with it. We unpacked and settled in, only to have our room door opened by a stranger who said we were in his room! After a call to the front desk, it was learned that we were given the same room as someone with my same last name (Miller). To make this right, the front desk offered 100 Reward Points! JOKE...okay so then, as we're getting ready for the night, I realize there is no hair dryer in the room of course the revelation came right out the shower. So...down to the front desk to ask for one. The line was 8 people deep, one desk clerk. GRRRRRR.
Okay, back from our night out, head to room, keys no longer work....back to front desk...the beds are comfy, pillows are great, nothing else is redeemable, sorry.

**update, still looking for the $100 refund for incidentals. Have called twice, nothing.

Spent 2 nights at this location so we could be close to the Fantasy Springs resort where Elle King was performing at!
The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was good! We were able to walk to the Fantasy Springs resort for the concert which was also a plus! Only a half hour drive from downtown Palm Springs as well.
