I recently stayed here, and it was a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a cozy bed and plenty of space to unwind. Everything associated with this stay. Met all of my expectations. Staff was great and the breakfast lady was greatest of all my experiences with Holiday Inn Express complimentary breakfast. The ice machine worked fine and was in a locked room just for the hotel guest. Beds were very comfortable and the room cleanliness met my expectations.

The location Was convenient and perfect. Near VA and Kaiser and the highway..Parking was fine. The room was spacious clean, comfortable bed with soft pillows. The air-conditioning was quiet and comfortable.
Bathroom and shower was clean. Had charging stations and lighting was perfect. The blinds help.keep the bright sun away and gave us good sleep. Breakfast was good and the breakfast lady gave excellent service

As a loyal IHG member, we stayed at this hotel to be able to enjoy Sequoia National Park. We could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were great!! The location is great as well as there are so many restaurant choices nearby.

I will start this off with stating that I have a service dog, a Real Service dog and so stated when making my reservation. The visit started off very poorly when i was told that i could Not bring my service dog into the Hotel and then the desk agent began to question me on the purpose and why did I need a service dog. By law they can ask his purpose and when i stated the services that he performs she did not understand and told me she had to call her manger on the phone. So, we were asked to step aside while they checked in another guest. Then after she checked in the other guest she just walked away while on the phone and did not return for a long time. When she did return to finally check us in, she made a comment that my service dog could not be left alone in the room, i then replied that you clearly don't know what a service dog is and his purpose, I NEVER LEAVE HIM ALONE. The next morning i was brining Patton my service dog in the side door by my room when i was comforted again by another desk clerk stating that pets were not a loud and why was i sneaking him in? I went to the front desk to speak with her and that is when she stated the person that checked me in did not put on my record that I had a service dog. This hotel needs dome real training on Service dogs and the rights on them and their owner. This was my worst stay at a Holiday Inn EVER, i am really considering closing my account and my Credit card with IHG.

The room was fairly clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the pool is closed off. The hotel was kind of motel shaped and had narrow hallways. It was semi-hard to find the pool. You have to go out and around the hotel. Overall decent experience, could have been better.

Great location, close to many restaurants. Hotel is very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great but the bathroom sink lacked pressure. The air conditioning didn’t work great. Beds are super soft. Breakfast was good.

Had issues checking in due to an ID that was a few days expired and I hadnt realized it, even though I had other IDs, and clearly my Identity has not changed. Had to rebook for higher rates.

Should have taken that as a sign and booked elsewhere.

Hotel is old and needs updated. Room smelled like old carpet and dirty vacuum. I actually checked for bed bugs just in case.

The toilet was so small, when pooping I had to use a towel for my penis, as otherwise it would be pressed up against the front of the porcelain bowl and the underside of the toilet seat. Absolutely DISGUSTING. The toilet paper is like sandpaper too. Itll definitely take care of any Hemerrhoids you might have. Lol

Feels and smells like a 2 star Hotel at best, so It got a 2 star rating. Rooms were not cheap either!! Probably better off going Hilton or Mariott here.
