Holiday inn used to be a good hotel chain on par with Hampton. Now they are barely any better than a Days Inn or Super 8. This hotel room was awful. It was so dirty. The refrigerator looked like something had exploded in it and had never been cleaned. The bathtub had visible dirt on the tub and a strip of black mold on the wall. Stains were found on the bed sheets and there were multiple hairs found on the sheets. I requested new sheets and I found hair and stains on the supposed “clean” new sheets too! I doubt this room was cleaned at all from the people who stayed in the room before me. ||Also the breakfast was subpar and seemed dirt as well. ||I would not recommend! The Hampton directly across the street from this hotel is much better!

They had good mattresses and linens. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. Cooled hallways, too. The room was stocked w Dove shampoo, conditoner, bodysoap, and lotion. The full breakfast had a good variety and was replenished frequently. We had one minor hiccup, but management took care of it quickly and politely.

The hotel was clean and well kept, the housekeeping was good, the front desk people were courteous and the breakfast attendants were very friendly and helpful if there were any issues. The pool area was also clean and fun for the kids.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled with my daughter, boyfriend and younger niece to visit OWA. The front desk agent Lexi was phenomenal. After checking in and getting settled, we realized we had no more juice for my 2 year old. Unfortunately the store doesn’t sell juice but that didn’t stop Lexi for taking the extra step to provide juice for my little. The next day we met the am agent and she was just as welcoming. We needed hygiene products to hold us over until we went to the store and she made that happen, even tho the hotel didn’t have any in stock. Working in hospitality it feels GREAT to receive and see great service in real time. If and when we visit foley again, we will get call this our temporary home.

Awesome place to stay! Had to leave one day earlier than planned. Will definitely stay here again! Very close to Tanger Outlets. Many restaurants near, in walking distance.

Corrie at the front desk could not have been a better help!
I am in town for a business trip. I have a meet and greet function on the day of check-in. The rooms are not supposed to be ready until 4 PM, but the meet and greet starts at 2 PM. Corrie went out of her way to make sure she had a room available for me, and let me check in early.
I hope IHG and Holiday Inn give her the credit she is due for such amazing hospitality!!

Full breakfast assortments provided. Refrigerator inside the room didn't cool at all. Dirty fabric chair in the corner of the room.
Great location for accessing area attractions.

Our entire stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and have plenty of room for our party of 5. We had 2 double beds and a sofa that pulled out into a double bed. The beds were so comfortable very soft and linens were clean and comfortable. It was so easy to get comfortable and fall right to sleep. The outside area was well kept and has nice size pool. The hot tub was so hot and it was really relaxing! We wanted to extend our stay another night but couldn’t due to hotel already booked up for that night. Only one wish would be a lower nightly rate it was a little bit expensive but everything else was perfect
