Perfect for what I needed. Was on business trip. A lot of variety and good food/drink spots near the hotel. Staff (as always) was fantastic. The check in and check out process was seamless. I do wish there was more variety as far as breakfast is concerned. IHG has a good thing going with free breakfast, but after staying at so many different properties, I wish they would change up the same old breakfasts. Outside of that great place to stay in Edwardsville, I will be staying here every time I come to the area.

i was impressed from the moment I walked in the door check in was fast friendly got to my room it was clean next morning there were lots of delicious breakfast choices, and again nice friendly and personable staff there went to some meetings then out for dinner when i got back my bed was made and had clean towels!! I defiantly will bring my family back for a weekend stay! what a great hotel

My family had car problems and needed a last minute place to stay. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The hotel was clean. After we had to check out and we were waiting for the car to be fix the staff let us hang out in the lobby and really made us feel welcome to stay as long as we needed.

The Staff at this hotel are amazing!!! My family had to be here for a week, while dealing with personal sadness! The front desk staff, Gabby, Cathy and Olivia were amazing! The kitchen people were friendly and helpful! The cleaning people and maintenance were very polite! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable!!! Everyone went above and beyond!!! Absolutely would refer this hotel!!!

This is my second stay at this IHG property and I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit. We came in for a baby shower and had family members come over to visit us afterwards. We had a cozy spot by the fireplace to talk and catch up, and these family members are planning to stay here in the future. They were all very impressed.

The only recommendations I have are for brighter lights (especially in the bathroom vanity) and usb ports to charge devices.

The hotel staff was very friendly when I first walked in, the room was very clean, pool was nice, and the whole hotel was very clean. My favorite part honestly was the breakfast. I can not eat egg as I am allergic to the yolk so I can only eat egg whites. When I saw there was an egg white option, I was so excited I went back to the room and told my husband before going back. Also I loved seeing there was gluten free options. My son, 9, loved the pancake machine. We will be back.

The checkin was the smoothest ever and Gabby was wonderful! The breakfast staff was friendly and made you feel very welcome! At the front desk we also dealt with Tiffany! She was very helpful and took good care of us. What a pleasant stay!

I recently stayed at your hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Here are the key issues I encountered:

No Internet or TV Signal: There was no Wi-Fi or TV signal in my room for the entire stay, which made it very inconvenient.

Room Cleaning: My room was not cleaned during the stay, despite not having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.

Mattress Quality: The king mattress was sagging and clearly in need of replacement, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Breakfast Service: On Monday morning at around 8:00 AM (a peak breakfast time), the breakfast area was poorly stocked—there was no milk, muffins, eggs, or sausages. Guests were visibly frustrated, with some even shouting at staff to replenish the items.

Overall, this was not the level of service I expected. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
