The staff at this hotel was super friendly. This was a stop on our travels during a snow storm. We were a bit stressed from the road conditions and it was really nice to feel so welcome here. We spent some time in the pool that was wonderfully warm. We will definitely stop here again when traveling through the area.

Very disappointed in this hotel. We walked in and the lady behind the counter was sitting there for the longest time doing nothing and acted like she didn’t want to help. Very slow. Walked down to our room and the floor was dirty from construction work that must be getting done but not at 8pm at night. The smell of marijuana overwhelmed the hallway. Then at 4:45 in the morning was awaken by the fire alarm going off because the cook ended up setting it off. We paid good money for this hotel and very extremely disappointed and would never recommend staying there. Was just a dirty and smelly hotel!!

My stay at the Holiday Inn express in Danville Illinois was a great experience. I enjoyed my stay even though I did not use any of the amenities. I was able to sit comfortably in quietly and enjoy my time in my room as well as the casino.

We were in town with our college basketball team for the National tournament. The Staff was extremely flexible and understanding of the unique event for the players/coaches/parents and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. Great experience!

Location was fine. Staff was great and very kind. Room was nice size. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not well lighted. Bathroom was also dirty. Very dirty. Old dirt caked up in the corners dirty. Breakfast food was terrible. This certainly is not the Holiday Inn I am accustomed to staying in. It seemed to be as a cheaper less respected chain of hotels.

The hotel is very dated, lots of broken tiles, shower bar, hotel has an OLD smell. The breakfast was good, the attendant there was super busy keeping the area clean and plenitude. The cinnamon buns were awesome! We stayed at Microtel for less than $100 and it was so clean and decore was up to date, the HDE was just over priced outdated appearance but the staff made up for this, they were professional and kind. Doesn't need major work but some would help lots!

Perfect stay for the weekend or longer.
Besides not being notified the pool is out of service, Breakfast could have been better but not bad. Sadly there was one cinnamon roll left, I let one of my kids take it and told the other kid they will bring more out....they did not and of course sibling riveary lived on.

Upon arrival the gentleman named Andrew was working - he was rude to both the person checking in in front of us and to my husband - he told my husband that he could not check in because he did not have the card to pay/ check in with that the reservation was made with ana that he would have to apply for a credit card in order to check in. I called the hotel ans spoke with a lady who was very kind and said this was not the case at all ans went to the front to check my husband in - . In the past we have had good stays here
