On our way to Clovis, I called the hotel directly because the website only showed rooms with 2 queens available. I was able to book a king room which was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was very good with crispy bacon and the best cinnamon rolls. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It is in the middle of town with a Costco near for filling up our gas tank. An Olive Garden is just a little over a mile away and we had a delicious dinner there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The receptionist Leslie's attitude towards paying customers staying at this establishment should be checked. She has no customer service skill whatsoever. Doesn't greet customers and will be on the phone for an excessive amount of time without acknowledgement of your presence. Then she will quietly ask you if you are here to check in but when you go to further explain the situation she is again not friendly at all very rude. The property is nice but please hire people who wanna do their job.

Nichole prepared an excellent yummy breakfast. She was charming and just gave that extra touch to brighten up your day!!!!

Check in was pleasant with Marissa. She talked about the area really good. Gave a general idea about things and pointers in where to go.

Front desk was condescending and unhelpful.. I got there at 4pm and the room was not ready to check-in, even thought check in was at 3pm. Insolent receptionist notified me it may take up to another hour, her response was: there’s no way we can clean over 100 rooms in a certain amount of time. She said to read fine print on the reservations as they are not required to fulfill 3pm check in. I asked her why does the sign next to her say check-in is at 3 and check-out 11am and it doesn't say anything about check-in time may not be fulfilled? Her response to me was “whatever” and finally said we were “know it alls” so she was going to cancel the reservations while she was on her cell phone with the general manager. They had complete disregard that we had children with us, we were counting on those rooms for the safety to our children that night and they just cancelled reservations without notice, what a shame. I went down the street to Hilton Hotel- stellar costumer service ! I got a better price and they didn’t have the additional $150 hold. Hilton treated me with the utmost respect. Choose carefully where to stay, specially if you have children or traveling alone.

I usually stay here due its proximity and it being close to my places of interest when in town. I never really had a problem but this time around it wasn’t the best. A few things I’d like to mention, upon arrival, the lady checking me in was not necessarily rude but can use some training in terms of being welcoming to guests, or at least not look like you hate your job, like the bare

minimum in hospitality. Now in terms of the room, I booked a standard room so I can’t really complain about the room that is being given, as well as wanted to check in to a room as soon as possible due to the long travel. A few things wrong with the room that I noticed, the bathroom door doesn’t lock. The water in the tub would go down really slow, and lastly the bed sheets had reddish stains to them, considering it was a two bed room I didn’t really care, but I’d just want to mention that the room assigned to me during this stay was probably the worst one by far, in which I’ve stayed in so far here. Now the main reason why I’m writing this review is because of the poor quality of sleep I received due to someone being kicked out in the middle of the night, and it woke me up cause it sounded like it was next door, initially It felt like it was them knocking on my door cause no one responded and the sound insulation is basically nonexistent. I’m not sure if that was the local police department or the hotel security but it was extremely loud when the incident occurred, enough to wake the entire third floor up. Now the next morning, I missed out on their great breakfast due to the late night inconvenience so I just decided to ask for a late checkout in the morning and was given a 12 pm checkout. Shortly after 11, a woman with sunglasses on , just knocks on the door without announcing who they were, until I opened the door and she asks me “when are you checking out”, and then realizes she didn’t say she was housekeeping so she apologized but , I found this entire interaction unprofessional and hilarious on the housekeeper. It was also unfortunate that the late check out was not communicated properly by the front desk to their housekeeping department as I had to rush out of the shower just to answer the door. I still recommend this IHG property , due to its location and its breakfast. I would also say that the higher deposit amount leads to typically better quality clientele. I just think the communication between the staff as well as the professionalism is subpar unfortunately. In the nicest way possible , please do better.

The rooms, location and breakfast were great, but I can't speak highly enough about their staff. Alliyah, Leslie and their team were incredibly accommodating and kind! From initial payment issues with my company credit card to my flight being cancelled and needing another night,
my challenges were handled with flexibility,
compassion and professionalism. I definitely recommend this location.

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in (and that is a lot) very well done! Low noise and near many good restaurant options and the airport. Expect the normal HIE items for breakfast though, which over time do get old.

Love this IHG location. Sabrina was super helpful with food recommendations. I wanted a burger and although there is a burger place across the street she told me about the 500 club up the street. Excellent burger AND I got to watch the football game. Thanks Sabrina it made for a great night.
