Check In: Amazing staff.
Room: Wonderful, had a lamp out and a side bed light. No big deal.
Check Out: Gave the keys at check out, they greeted and wished us a good day.

Later to find there’s a $100 incident fee that was not included when I booked the room. Went through key information and the only thing was pet policy. Should make it more clear or have the staff remind the visitor that there may be a $100 fee for incidents tied to your original payment for “these reasons”. Called customer service and they said it’s on their website, well it’s not there when you book the room. Any other place they let me know before hand, it’s just money, but doing it under peoples noses is not right. I’m sorry. Last stay here.

An IHG pet friendly hotel. We were traveling with our dog that’s why I chose this hotel. Great staff. Quiet place to stay. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms and bathroom. Ample parking spaces. Will definitely stay in this hotel when we come back in the area next year for our yearly christmas reunion with friends and family.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The cleaning staff did not clean or make our beds when we explicitly asked from the front desk multiple times. We only got 2 refreshes out of our 6 nights here. We had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper due to the lack of room support.

We ordered a double queen room and when we first came it was a king single. This location felt mismanaged.

Spacious rooms in a quiet hotel that is conveniently located. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and check-in was smooth. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Love the soft and firm pillow choices. There are Dove Body products, including conditioner in the shower and next to the sink. The shower is huge and water was plenty hot.

Our only slight disappointment was breakfast. Food was mostly gone by 8:30 when we came down and the quality was okay. They were making more, but the cook was rude when asked by another guest. Then they brought out not nearly enough food to feed all the waiting people, or fill the warming dishes. The choices were eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, cinnamon rolls, breads, muffins, yogurts, and milk and juice. My daughter loved the orange juice, but my apple juice was mostly water. We also never found the napkins and the trash was overflowing.

Overall a lovely stay and we would choose to stay there again if needed.

BG was so sweet to spoil us at breakfast! The rooms were clean, the maids were sweet. The manager and front desk staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect! They went the extra mile to make our stay perfect!

This facility appears relatively new. This is our third time staying at this location. The main area, workout facilities and outside patio area are all in excellent condition. Staff are helpful and courteous. My only small complaint has to do with breakfast. The waffle machine was broken and the fruit variety is severely lacking. A simple fruit salad of some kind would be a welcome addition. In combination with a broken waffle machine, this makes for a bland breakfast experience. Minor complaints for an overall very good experience. No problem - Starbucks is just across the street!

We stayed for 3 days, and while the hotel itself is good and conveniently located, the management and staff need significant improvement. Only one staff member was managing breakfast, while others stood idle instead of assisting her. This resulted in frequent shortages, leaving guests waiting for food. Additionally, room service was unreliable—you have to request it multiple times, and even then, it's not guaranteed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon checking in, the first room assigned to us was clearly not cleaned. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a second room, which had the same issue. It wasn’t until we were relocated a third time that we finally found a room that was somewhat acceptable, but by then, our experience had already been ruined.

Adding to the frustration, the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. Every time I approached them to request a clean room or even something as simple as clean towels, they gave me a blank stare and a gloomy, almost annoyed look, as if I was at fault for the situation. There wasn’t a single smile or an ounce of hospitality in their demeanor, which made the experience all the more unpleasant.

To top it off, the next morning, we were woken up at 7 AM by loud banging noises from housekeeping. It felt intentional, as the noise was relentless and disturbed our entire family after a long day of travel when all we wanted was to sleep in.

This stay was far from what I expected, and I cannot recommend this property. I certainly will not be returning.
