My family and I stayed for two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided several choices and tasted great. Room was clean and quite save for a little noise from the room directly above us. Bed was comfortable although the one negative was the pillows were past their prime and not very supportive. Easy free parking. Reasonable rate. Overall, we were highly satisfied.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Chicago - Hoffman Estates IL was fantastic! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The hotel's location was perfect with easy access. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a wide range of hot and cold items. I was pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express. They offered all the standards including different types of breads, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, diffrent types pf omelets and etc, all of which were prepared well. It was a memorable weekend. We will definitely be coming back.

We used the Holiday Inn for one of our block hotels for our wedding. I felt they did a fantastic job and were flexible.

The shuttle was a bit of a headache, but I feel that was due to the holiday season, not the service of the hotel.

Overall, the rooms were clean and things went over smooth. I heard nothing but great things from guests!

My overall experience on traveling to different hotels holiday expresses all over the United States. This was one of the top 10 in the country. Isaac staff was nice hotel was clean. I think the price is reasonable. The fact breakfast area was great. A great place to have a meeting or gathering. Which is what I was here for.

Excellent location and a top of the line hotel. We reserved a room with a king bed which was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The rest room was a very good size and the shower was excellent and also was designed to accommodate the handicapped. There was virtually no noise coming from the room next to us. We will definitely visit again.

Great location; close to amenities but also surrounded by natural habitat! Stayed for a family gathering and will definitely stay here again when in the area. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and am thankful it saved us a meal. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Evening Front Desk staff was rude. The worker made it seem as though we were an inconvenience. They didn't have any extra blankets, pillows or a box fan. We ended buying what we needed at Target. The room was decent, beds were comfortable, limited tv channels, pool is small but enough for little kids to enjoy. The continental breakfast was the best part of our stay.
