Overall the experience was good from check-in to checkout. I also used the workout room and was clean. Water cooler was empty and should be checked but all in all ok. Breakfast was a good selection of a variety of hot and cold. Items to include eggs of different presentations which are like gold today!

Everything was fine until I went to take a shower the first morning. No shower stall, shower is in a tub. Huge crack on the wall. OK, ugly but so what. Ran the shower and hopped in. The floor of the tub is slanted, and very, very, very slick. Made worse by trying to use the shampoo or body wash that they provided. There were 4 narrow strips of non-slip material, about 12-14" apart. so at best you were standing on one 1" wide strip while trying not to fall.

This was an accident waiting to happen. Asked the front desk for a room with a safer shower. They sent me to one with only 3 strips that were 4-5" apart. Seriously? This was even less safe.

Had to go back downstairs and told that this is all they have. Went back to the original room.

I'm a mountain biker that regularly rides of very technical rocky features, dropping 4'+ with no issue but I was actually very uncomfortable in a damn shower?

The combination of an unsafe bathroom and an uncaring staff means that you really should not bother with this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and I would say it has gotten a lot better. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the pool is a little small, but the kids loved it. The water temperature was perfect, the kids didn’t want to get out of course. The only problem I had (if you want to call it a problem), is too much chlorine. If you sit by the pool long enough your eyes start burning. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a really great stay! The room was very clean and looked very nice! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft! The breakfast was very good! It was quiet and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

The room was nice. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good. The only issue was my bathroom was dirty which made me feel like the room was probably not clean either

They overall customers service was horrible there never anyone at the front desk you had to ask them to clean your room. They treat how the desk clerks spoke to me was a like why are you talking to me with an attitude.I will stay somewhere else if I ever have to stay at this location again. I stay at this chain when I do travel never been treated this bad.

We arrived at 9:30 am. We were in town for a funeral at 3. We were immediately checked in and given our room so we could rest up and get ready. The staff was very accommodating and sympathetic. The room was great. The bathroom was great. Breakfast was great. No complaints.

Went to hotel just to relax and spend evening in pool. Upon arriving, was told the pool was closed. Due to roof falling in Ask if we could cancel and get our points back because that's how we booked. Was told no, they can't return our points.... So we stayed and sat in room, went down to little store area got $20.00 worth of food and drink and stood right there while I redeemed one of our food and drink rewards. the lady at the front desk showed me on the monitor where the 20.00 credit came through and applied to my items.

NOW... they billed my credit card for the items And I called and talked to the very rude manager Allison and was told I owed the 20.00 because they don't have such a thing. When I explained that I stood there and redeemed it with the employee and that that the employee had showed me where it applied the credit to our room right on the screen, she told me no it didn't !! So I asked her to ask her employee that showed it to me, she said it doesn't matter. I owe the money... Now I'm out points for the hotel, and they want me to be out the 20.00 that by the way was already removed from my account and applied to my room, so I can't get that back either!!! The complete experience has been terrible and now I'll have to spend hours on the telephone in hopes that I can get some sort of refund...

PS... Allison does not know how to talk to customers and does not belong in that posisiton.......
