Great hotel and great experience during my stay!!

Staff was amazing!! Very considerate and always willing to help with anything. Can’t say enough positive comments regarding all of them.

Morning breakfast was good. Some days better than others. It’s a hotel breakfast but overall was good.

Room was a little iffy with quality but nothing I ever raised to the staff. (EDIT: Room was just dated a little, primarily the bathroom.)

I found the location for my stay to be very ideal. Great accessibility to so much in walking distance. Very much enjoyed my time here.

Positive: The staff was awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast ladies were AMAZING!!! The food was great and a nice way to start the day. Negative: It may be petty but I didn't like the extra long pillows and wish they would have a standard pillow included on the beds. They may have had them but I didn't ask so definitely not on the staff.

My recent stay was a pleasure. The staff was very professional and friendly. Sharron was especially accommodating. I did not know how long I would be staying because a friend of mine was in the hospital in Birmingham. When I would extend my stay, Sharron did her best to keep me in the same room so I would not have to move. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Sharron and staff!

We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner at the front desk. We had one small issue with the room which was resolved immediately. We make at least 2 trips through this area every year and intend on making the Pelham location our intended stay.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good quality. Location was also great, as there are lots of restaurants nearby and is only a ~20 minute drive into Birmingham.
The only issue I experienced was trouble connecting to the TV for device casting because the onscreen directions were incorrect. But I just asked the front desk staff for help and they provided the correct instructions.
Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but high quality stay.

The room was clean, the bed was just right. I had a great night sleep, no extraneous noises from outside or next door. Breakfast was hot though a few more choices for a low fat diet and a larger microwave would have been better it was still good. Front desk was courteous and helpful.

We had to come into Pelham, AL for an eye appointment for my granddaughter. I had a 3 yr old and 2 yr old granddaughters with me. We got to swim in the indoor pool. We had very comfy beds, very clean bathroom, and wonderful breakfast. We felt very safe and everyone was super nice and friendly. 🙂

We checked in 1/10/25 during the snowstorm. The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel was clean, smelled great, and had hot beverages readily available. Most of the town restaurants were shut, but the staff were able to make a few recommendations as to what was still open. The pool was heated and working and the gym was clean with great equipment. The room was clean and gave for an amazing evening.
