Our stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing experience. The hotel had plenty of parking space, which made things convenient. They also ensured we got to our flight on time without any hassle. A special shoutout to Nicholas, our driver from the airport—he was incredibly friendly and made the ride enjoyable!

I can count on less than one hand HIE that can beat the cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the staff.

Housekeeping is VERY consistent and everything was cleaned as it should be.

I have generally had nothing but bad experiences with HIE in this city/area, but this one is certainly a refreshing exception.

We had a brief but lovely stay at this location. The common areas were very clean & the room as well! The front desk staff were professional & friendly when checking in! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (your standard options) the bacon & sausage were especially tasty. After checkout, I spent hours in the lobby while my husband was working. The atmosphere was great, calm & quiet so I was able to get a lot done!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bensonville, and it was a wonderful experience. It was a last minute stay as I had a 28 hour layover on Thanksgiving Day and didn’t want to spend it at the airport. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the Dove hygiene products that was perfect as I only had my backpack with me as my luggage was already checked in by the airline. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. They assisted me with the hotel shuttle to and from the airport (which was my first experience with a shuttle). The on-site breakfast was great. It’s the typical Holiday Inn breakfast spread but I guess I was hungry cause I found it amazing. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay—I’d definitely return!

Comfortable stay with great customer service! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast in the morning was well-prepared and provided a good variety to start the day. The airport shuttle was punctual and made catching my early flight stress-free. Highly recommend for travelers!

I like to stay at this hotel when visiting nearby family because it is convenient, comfortable, and has an indoor pool that I can use with my grandchildren. The property is well maintained and in a safe area. There is ample parking. The breakfast is the standard HI Express fare, which is better than most and is clean and well supplied at this location.

We are platinum members…when we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade, towels left on the floor! GROSS & unhygienic!! So they had to find a room that had been cleaned. This room was clean but I poor shape, the sill by the window was broken & when I set me drink on it is slide off & spilled on the floor. We are doing a park & fly for two weeks, when we got here the parking lot was so full we could barely find a spot to park. We did find a temporary spot in the non-park & fly spots. But we did see they had signs that they were selling parking for ten dollars because of the Bo Jackson facilities right next door. We were told that if we could not find parking in the last three rows we had to go to an upper parking lot…we went up there and there was not a spot to be found. After driving the lots for about 30 minutes & not being able to find a park & fly spot I went to the front desk. There was a diamond parking spot open & they told me I could park there but I would have to move to park & fly before we left. So we have to get on the 3:30 am shuttle…so when we were going to bed after watching out our hotel window for over two hours there were no park & fly spots. There were people parked in ends of rows illegally by fire hydrants, people were parked where they had to go over the curb & park on the grass. There is a big bus parked where idle there was a fire I don’t think responders could get in. Just a dangerous situation because they are trying to make money on parking. This hotel & front desk staff is not up to IHG standards, they told me if I moved my car in the middle of the night they would have a driver pick me up in the upper lot, when I asked for that I was told no. This has been nothing but a disappointing, stressful stay. We will never stay here again.
