My friend and I had a great stay. We were in town to see a play at the Paramount Theater and the hotel was perfect walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The walls were pretty thin, so we could hear our neighbors pretty well, light sleepers should bring some ear plugs. Also, no non dairy milk options available for coffee or breakfast. But overall a great stay at a great hotel!

Nothing but the best service here!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery and Andrew made sure we were taken care of with plates. And when we forgot our spoon to feed our baby he was able to help us again.

The staff here have been nothing but friendly and make you feel like family you haven’t seen in forever. Especially Andrew!! He is so nice and remembered us from staying here before.

We will definitely be back and hope that we get to see our favorite staff!!

With a pool and hot tub this trip was amazing inside and out!

When checking in, front desk was very friendly and welcomed me as IHG member. Love the new fresh ground coffee machines in lobby. It was chilly the day I checked in and it was nice to have a fresh coffee to warm me up. Hotel is walking distance from casino and many nice restaurants. There was a decent selection for breakfast. Rooms were nice with mini frig and kcup coffee maker (I didn’t use since coffee in lobby was so good). I will stay there again.

What a great experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms and well maintained property. We felt welcome from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The breakfast was very nice. A good selection of breakfast items. Overall a wonderful stay, would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

The staff at the counter for both check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. I wish there was a little more variety. Bacon one day Sausage the next, back and forth. I was informed that I would get 500 Bonus points per day that I didnt have them clean and straighten my room by hanging the sign on my door. This was not the case; I received 1000 points total and was there for 12 days. Room was very nice. I enjoyed the stay and have book there for my next trip. No Washer or dryer like other Holiday Inn Express' I have stayed at.

I haven't been to a better located hotel in a very long time. Walking distance to several good eateries, the casino and the metra station is right out back so you can easily head into Chicago without the headache of driving anywhere. That being said you will notice the trains that pass by, it's not loud nor distracting but it's something some should know.

We would have stayed but their pool wasn't working and they didn't have a jacuzzi. Which was a bummer since we just drove almost 300 miles and was looking forward to staying at a place we were familiar with. Is in a good location close to food and gas stations. It's in a safe neighborhood. And is close to the highway. Plenty of parking spots and clean inside and outside. Although we chose to stay elsewhere due to the pool being down.

Travelling for business my company chose this location for me and I cannot imagine a better choice. From the initial walk through the door the staff was great, check-in was smooth and friendly. When I got to my room, it was at a good temperature, had a great layout, had a refrigerator and coffee machine and all be the amenities I needed to may my 5-day stay comfortable. The breakfast was good and changed slightly every day but offered a good number of choices for a meal to help start your day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needed to stay in this area.
