It isn't the best location but it's not horrible. There was a Panera 6 minutes away. So that's good! The friendliness of the staff makes up for that and the rooms are clean and spacious. One of the staff members even called me because the lights on my car were still on. Who does that these days

We have chosen this hotel from many Holiday Inns we have tried in the San Diego area. This used to be our favorite hotel, but now we are not so sure. Previously, we always reserved the suites to ensure we had plenty of space, and we were always pleased to have the kitchenette. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. I thought this was a good thing however, it caused some changes that we were not notified of. Now the hotel has re-categorized their suites into 'standard suite' and 'kitchenette suite'. So imagine our surprise when we arrived expecting space and a kitchen to be stuffed into a smaller room. To top things off the bed is no longer next to the air conditioner, the couch is?! We had to bring in 2 fans from our vehicle to ensure our comfort for our night's rest. There was also an issue with our toilet. We discussed all of this in the morning upon our checkout. The gal at the front, which I have never interacted with before, was NOT receptive to our concerns and acted irritated when I asked for the 'kitchenette suite' room numbers in case we chose to try to stay here again. She was very bothered to have to write a note about the toilet as well.

My stay at Holiday Inn San Diego was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every moment enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the on-site facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Here is the one of the best accomodation I have ever stayed. Very clean and compotable bed. Cleaness bathroom and An amazing breakfast. Location is very good not too far from down town and Las Americana outlet. It takes less than 15min.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chula Vista was perfect! The hotel and guest rooms were clean, and immaculately maintained. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The food in the breakfast buffet was hot and well prepared. This is one of the best IHG hotels that we have stayed in!

The staff was great, everyone we came in contact with were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue was, charged 120$ because they thought we took 3 pillows, they did immediately refund it. But the charge still takes 7 days to go back on the card. Other than that I'd recommend staying here they said there was construction happening during the day, but we were never bothered by it.

I stay here for business and have stayed up to 7 weeks at a time. The service is always consistent and professional. Tiffany is amazing and always so accommodating. The hotel has been remodeled and very clean. With the remodel were new windows and blinds that allow you to sleep in without the noise and sunlight. Love Love Love.

Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice way to cool down after work! A grill was available to cook steaks burgers on, but it needs some work. Breakfast was available every morning with hot and cold choices.
