Absolutely the WORST Holiday Inn in the country. The staff here is the absolute worst and the lady owner is the rudest person. Disgusting hotel. Stains in sheets, pubes in bathroom floor, stains on window curtains. Absolutely filthy. The floor got my socks completely black on the bottom. I had to change rooms because of the filth at this place. Disgusting owner from India who doesn’t care at all about cleanliness or customer service. Filth

We would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was gracious and helpful. The room was super clean. Plenty of towels. Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave in the room. Was pleasantly surprised.

It was very evident the staff was devoted to cleanliness. Both lobby, day room, and business center was clean, well lit, and had an inviting atmosphere. I checked into the room just after midnight and had checked out by 6/7 am in the morning. Total room charge was $240. A consideration for a rate by the hour may be appealing to some travelers.

The staff was very courteous and upgraded my room upon arrival. The room was very clean and neat and comfortable. It was a relaxing environment. The next morning we had a nice breakfast, I have to say the cinnamon rolls were the best.

The staff were on top of it. Ready to go when I got there, efficient, plenty of information without too much. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. For the price it met everything I was looking for.

My family and extended members booked 6 rooms individually for a wedding and as soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles. The staff was kind and helpful. They made it so all 6 rooms were next to each other. We had a great time and the breakfast was actually great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A+

This hotel is in a great location close to many shopping areas and the freeway. The staff is welcoming. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are always quiet which is important to me for a sound sleep. I frequently stay at this hotel when I’m in the area.

I will certainly get back to this hotel on my next trip to this beautiful city. Desk clerks were very helpful and professional, I love my room, bathroom was complete and very clean. Bed felt so comfy I hated to get up. Break was well stocked of choices.
