We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament at Rainbow Fields, so we got in late and checked out early however our stay was amazing. Yolanda at the front desk was THE BEST. Upon hearing that we had to depart very early and would miss breakfast, she brought out some food for our athlete!
The hotel was clean, well lit and quiet.
The beds were comfortable and the showers hot and had good shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
My only complaint was the tile floors- there is no carpet which is just a personal preference.
We will definitely return the next time our softball travels necessitate an overnight stay.

I am a disabled senior and I am in the process of moving into my new home. However, the upgrades have taken much longer than I initially anticipated. Transitions can be difficult, but Yolanda from the front desk, went out of her way to make sure that my stay would be comfortable. She even went as far as showing me 2 different handicap rooms, so I could choose which one would meet my needs the best. I had booked this hotel online, and inadvertently had booked and paid for my stay twice. Even though both rooms were
nonrefundable, and hotel policy is that as well- she went to bat for me. Yolanda finally had to go to her General Manager in order for her to be able to cancel 1 of the 2 reservations- without penalty.
Yolanda even offered recommendations for places to eat etc…I was very grateful for the time she gave me- making this transition go so much smoother! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Did not like the rooms being all tile, the water pressure in the shower was weak. The service was okay and the food was hot every morning. The place as a whole was really small. Motel 6 across the street is way bigger and looks nicer.

The hotel was clean, property and parking lot was also clean. We were approached by a tattooed homeless man upon our first arrival asking if we could sell him drugs but that was the only incident we had all weekend. Truly was a good stay for us.

Yolanda at the front desk really made the stay at the hotel great. She is super friendly and helpful. Totally awesome lady, even though she's a dodger fan! Appreciate you Yolanda!

Hands down best experience I've ever had at a hotel. I've stayed in alot of them, and this one is for sure top ten. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I'd last stayed at this HIE in 2017 for my wedding - while I'm sad the rooms with a bathtub in the actual bedroom are gone in this new remodel, the new room layouts were clearly made with guest stays in mind. Great layouts with convenient ledges and shelves for bags and keys and such, all controls were user friendly and accessible. The room was clean, the front desk was friendly and efficient, and the free breakfast was nothing earth shattering but I enjoyed it. There was a clean and well equipped gym on the ground level, but I did not end up using during my stay.
Ample parking, some close walking options for food/coffee/drinks as well.

Positive: It's been newly renovated and it's a win. Clean, better lighting and I liked the added touches of little shelves and extra hooks. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I requested a quiet room away from noise. Breakfast was very good. Hot and fresh. Negative: Deep pools of water in the parking lot during the rain, taking up some spaces. Soaked boots, socks and pants are no fun. This is NOT the fault of the hotel. The entire area has parking lots subject to flooding. Pack Mucks during the rainy season. Negative: ""
