10 out of 10 for the most amazing and beautiful staff. The gem has to be Miss Debra. She is the absolute sweetest lady, who also makes the world's best coffee and food. She not only fills your stomach, she also fills your heart with her big rays of joy she spreads.
This hotel offers so many special little things like the pool area seating, laundry, and even a nice little office area if you need to get your work done... also when you want to work off Miss Debra's special breakfast... you can hit their spacious gym!! Talk about getting spoiled...
From the room to the endless things on grounds to do... it's literally steps away from a great shopping center!
I truly can not rave enough about this wonderful place, and it's wonderful staff. If you find yourself in Monticello, Arkansas, stop by and check them out for sure. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel staff has been very courteous and helpful. Our room was kept clean and they have a nice free breakfast for customers. I would recommend this location for travelers.

Clean, but obviously unfinished remodeling (?) The water access panel for the bathroom fell off every time the door closed. They advertise their wonderful fresh cinnamon rolls but only had one at 545am on the 2nd morning of a five day stay. All around good value in a small town - can walk to just about anything you might need.

I have explained previously that the Housekeeping at this Hotel was again disappointing when there were days that Housekeeping never even entered the room. Never removed the Trash Cans/no clean Towels/Coffee Satchets. Never mind about Vacuuming the Carpets as this never gets done.
Breakfast lady was great but certain reception staff did not care at all that there were certain bits of equipment in the fitness room not functioning. Housekeeping was terrible. I asked the girls at reception to notify the Front desk Manager Shameeksa Thompson to contact me and I was assured that the message would be passed on but obviously she is too busy to contact me as I have heard nothing.

Solo female business traveler. They put me in a connecting room and the guy next door kept messing with the door so I was pretty uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. He was up earlier than I planned on waking up (5:30) filling an ice chest so at that point I just gave up on trying to sleep since he pretty much woke everyone up and people started moving around slamming doors. I’ve stayed here a few times but this will probably be my last time.

Love your neighbor. Because you're going to hear them a lot. My neighbor had a cough due to cold. And I could hear him thru the doors. Also, people in the halls. Tub spout leaked badly, so shower water pressure was weak. Wasted a lot of hot water. Hotel was notified.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly, professional service from the moment we checked in to the day we checked out! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was more than we could ask for! Thank you!!!

Peacefull and quite great staff very Accommodating I got a good nights sleep. No problems, great breakfest, found our room easly. I loved the fact that the staff couldn't give out you're room number for privcy of the geust
