I only stayed one night at this hotel during a business trip. The check-in process was easy enough, and was fairly standard. Since the flight crew for my morning flight was also staying at the hotel, I decided to take that van to the airport in the morning.

Unfortunately, the next morning, even though the van was scheduled- the front desk made everyone wait while the driver served breakfast. This delayed the crew’s arrival to the airport, but also mine. Unlike the crew, I had to go through security. I was a bit shocked about how non-concerned the hotel was about their delay and making us wait. The aircraft did end up delayed, though the delay was not solely based on the delay of the flight crew arriving to the airplane.

When I tried to use the app to check out of the room, the app failed. I contacted customer service and they recommended that I call the hotel. I attempted to call the hotel and they did not answer the phones. Ended up just sending an email at that point, although no one bothered to respond to that.

All that being said- the hotel is fine. It is super close to the airport and very convenient for travelers. The room was fine and breakfast wasn’t bad. I just have a bad taste in my mouth from the customer service. Will probably stay here again if I need to travel through that airport again.

This hotel is very nice for the price. Clean and modern with spacious rooms. Convenient location right off the airport and 1 minute to the main Quad Cities highway system. I didn't have a single complaint during my week long stay. Breakfast was really good.

First time staying here. Needed change from our usual location during family visits and found our new location! Bright colors, clean and inviting. Friendly staff, especially breakfast staff who gave this Wisconsin girl some shredded cheese for her scrambled eggs. It’s the little things like that that show you care about your guests. Comfortable bed. Really liked the rollout desk and office chair when hubby was watching tv from bed. I was hoping you had K-cup brewers in the rooms and you did as I brought my own from home. Might help others listing that as one of the amenities. Convenient location for us when we come down from La Crosse to visit family in the area. Even though there’s construction going on we really only noticed the one elevator designated for them to use and the storage containers behind the hotel. Really glad we ventured across the street and checked this place out. We’ll see you next time!

holiday Inn express Moline, Illinois , the rooms are super nice. The amenities are spectacular and the hot breakfast is by far the best ! The hotel staff will treat you like one of their family. What I like about the motel is the noise level is at a zero the room is a 10. The hot breakfast is a 10 biscuits and gravy and bacon is amazing and they have the best apple juice on planet earth. I forgot to bring my toothpaste and They gave me a trial size. . Definitely top-notch service..

I was surprised at how comfortable and clean this hotel was. I don't normally stay at Holiday Inn's, but this is making me rethink my hotel chain choices. When I walked in the room, I saw the fridge, coffee bar and a corner shelf to lay my room key and purse on which was such a small but meaningful touch to the room. I just really liked the layout and the little features that made it more comfortable. I had zero issues and will stay here again when I'm in town. Also, all of the staff were super friendly. I passed a couple of housekeeping staff while I was there and they were very friendly and smiley. I travel a lot for work and this location actually had me wishing I could stay longer, so that's saying something!

We arrived and everything was fine, until 10.00PM. We had some elephants upstairs from us and it was horrible. Finally at about 11.00PM, it stopped. We got up early, which is unusual for us, and went for the free breakfast. The eggs and the potatoes were overcooked, and horrible. Not much there for an alternative. Good thing we were up early because they were doing construction in the room next to us, and never told us, so even if we wanted to sleep in, there was no way! After the lousy breakfast, we thought we would hit the hot tub. Got there and it was closed!! Its 10.00AM. Went to the front desk and they said that chemicals were added!! Don't you think you would do that at night when the pool is closed We paid for the amenities, and there were none. The hot tub was really lame. It had no jets, but it was warm. It was the worst hot tub I have every seen.

The staff has always been very attentive and accommodating every time I have stayed at this hotel. Whenever there has been an issue, they have always checked with me by text to see if the situation has been resolved and if there was anything else I needed. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. I have never been able to eat breakfast because my flights are usually early, but the shuttle service has always been prompt and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone using MLI airport and just for a generally nice stay.

This is a newly renovated hotel. Everything was excellent. I will definitely come here again. Really appreciate for a great service provided. The gacuzi and swimming pool is relaxing for family fun. And breakfast provided was fresh and very nicely kept.
