I had a few minor issues (pool closed no notice, breakfast not promptly refilled, tub drain would not seal) I was going to complain about, then we ended up having a great experience the morning of our departure which completely changed our attitude.|We were able to have a watch party for our Church with some of our group staying with us. The staff accommodated us and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for turning our stay great!

This hotel was reasonably priced and close to where we needed to go. Good breakfast variety with something for everyone. It has such a friendly atmosphere from checkin to checkout. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again!

We'd stayed at the Lodi HIE a couple of years ago. It was okay, though the construction at the time kind of left some ragged edges. But during our recent visit for three nights over a weekend, it appears all that has been completed and the hotel provided a very nice stay. The room was comfortable and sleep quality was great. The breakfast the next morning was the typical hot and cold selections, and the lady running the breakfast room was very nice and quite accomodating. Only glitch was that the evening we arrived I had to wait at the vacant front desk for quite a while before someone appeared to check us in.|But overall, our stay was pleasant, and we'll definitely keep the Lodi HIE as our hotel of choice whenever we're in the area.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property was extremely clean and well designed. The staff were friendly and very professional. We enjoyed a nice variety of breakfast items in a well organized and clean area. It was located in a nice quiet area. It close to restaurants and other businesses. Our room overlooked a grape vineyard and we woke to a beautiful sunrise. A perfect stay.

The hotel was nicely decorated for the Holiday Season. It was very nice to see our name on the status level board. Our room was clean and ready for our stay. The TV and remote worked very well. The only con was that, there was no hot breakfast available. We thought it was strange that there was only 3 of us in the breakfast area. The furniture in the breakfast area looked new and was comfortable. The TV was a great size, so you could see the current news, but no hot breakfast. The hotel is in a great location for getting to the freeway, restaurants, and wineries.

The hotel was great. The staff was nice. The rooms were fine. Everything you'd expect from a normal good hotel. The TV was a little bit glitchy though. Would cut out here and there. Breakfast was delicious, but when food ran out, the staff were slow to refill. The potatoes were amazing. The sausages were a bit too salty.

The staff was great. Our suite was amazing! Really a great experience overall. The area was safe around the hotel. The room was clean. It was much larger thank expected. Comfy beds. I’m looking forward to doing it again. We were there for a conference and all of us girls were comfortable. There were plenty of mirrors and counter space. I didn’t realize they had a suite. It was great! The bedding was comfy. The room cooled off well. There was a table to sit and eat. Also a living room.

It was great, excellent nice staff! They were all nice people. Amenities were great, and bed was comfy. Very clean rooms. There was no breakfast at 9am on a Sunday which was super horrible because almost every other IHG I’ve been to does, especially on the weekend.
