We stayed here for one night as we passed through on a road trip. Friendly staff, ample breakfast, and bonus evening happy hour (although no adult drinks!). Short drive to the American Pickers shop, and easy walk to a few local restaurants.||Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator can be slow. The pet fee for one dog was $50, which seemed high given the range on the website started at $25. Limited trailer/truck parking.

I traveled for work and stayed here all week. It’s a very nice hotel right on the Mississippi River. The staff is friendly and they host little social events almost every night. The rooms are spacious, clean, and they provide daily turn-down service. The breakfast is a notch above continental and done well with plenty of options. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout and everything is in good working order. They have a small sundries shop with essential items, snacks, and beverages. It’s really nice to stay somewhere with everything working like it should and staff that seem to genuinely care.

We stopped for the night with the intention of watching the Super Bowl and relaxing. When we checked in we learned that the cable tv was on the fritz and we likely wouldn’t be able to watch the game in our room 🙁. Rebecca was quick to point out that not only did they have the game on in the meeting room, but that they were also providing supper for the guests at no charge. Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised at this and so thankful. As it turned out…our TV did get the game in our room so we could relax and watch it there as planned. Rebecca also ensured that we had rooms next to each other which nicely accommodated my elderly mother-in-law. And the lady who was tending to the food during the game could surely sell ice to an Eskimo! She was so

We pay extra at Holiday Inn Express specifically for the breakfast. During our stay, several of the breakfast choices were empty (for an entire hour before breakfast ended) and the person who was supposed to refill them was sitting at one of the tables talking with a friend. She did not refill anything. The breakfast was a joke. The website also makes it look like the hotel is right on the river. It is across the street from the river. There were other hotel options that were significantly cheaper. We should have gone with one of the other hotels.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was exceptional, continental breakfast was great , the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. I will definitely tell everyone about our stay. Thank you for everything!!!

When I come back to the area I will definitely be staying here. The staff went above and beyond. My room had a balcony view of the Mississippi, the staff was very inviting, I’ll be recommending this hotel to all my coworkers!

Not only is this hotel impeccably clean and comfortable, the staff here is OUTSTANDING. My hubby accidentally booked the wrong holiday inn, and we arrived here thinking this location was where we had our reservation. We are traveling with two small children, and the staff at the front desk offered us a room at this location instead of packing up the kiddos again and driving another 20 minutes (after being in the car 10+ hrs, an extra 20 minutes would've been like torture for the 1 year old ) so a massive shout-out to Michelle and Sierra at the front desk who were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We appreciate you so very much!

This is a great little spot to stay right by the Mississippi River. It is also by the train tracks so if you don't like the sound of trains then find someplace else. Otherwise the staff is friendly, hotel is cozy and clean, can walk by the river, and it's by a grocery store, fast food, bank, coffee place! There's a lot. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here because the staff goes over and beyond for their guests. And the housekeepers and friendly, fast, and clean!!!
