We were in a newly redone room. We found several things what needed attention that had been missed before opening the room back up to guests. The breakfast each morning was nice. The breakfast attendant on Saturday and Wednesday morning was very pleasant but the lady the other mornings was less than helpful. The beds and size of the room was very comfortable for an 4 night stay: Overall I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

Stayed at this property 3 times in past 2 months. First two stays were above average. Last stay was not up to what I expect from Holiday Inn. Clogged (very slow) drain in bathroom sink and shower. The room was clean. Breakfast on third stay was absolutely awful. The hot food was overcooked, rubbery and stuck together in the chaffing dishes. No hot water in the "hot" water dispenser for morning tea. Very over priced for what was delivered. As always the front desk staff is always nice at check-in.

The crew greeted us when we walked through the door. They make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean. Every time we
Entered the lobby, we were greeted and asked if there was anything they could do to help.

Very professional and caring staff in Casper.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was quiet and clean. I was nicely greeted at checkout and was offered a bottle of water, which I appreciated. A little on the pricier side but all the hotels in this area are at this time of year. I would not hesitate to re-book.

The location is very convenient in regards to Casper, as the hotel is roughly in the middle with easy access to the main roads. Plenty of food options near by too within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax when I was in the room. This is my preferred place to stay when I visit Casper.

Clean room. Quiet except some thumping from room above. Towels each day would be great. Staff was great. Food was good and fresh. Cost for rooms everywhere is too much, but you are competitive with other chains.

We are traveling from Minnesota to Jackson WY & decided to drive a bit further and go to Casper. I called about 2 hours before we arrived to get a room. Jaren was so kind and helpful. It was a seamless process.
We stayed on the first floor next to the laundry room which I was initially concerned about thinking there would a lot of noise but we heard nothing. Had we not seen the sign, we would not have known we were next to it. The room itself was nice. Beds were comfortable, the sheets were nice, soft and thick. Pillows were great and as a person who likes a lot of pillows there were plenty. The water was hot and powerful. The only complaint about the room is that no local stations on the TV. I haven’t ever had that before.
The pool was closed which was not on the website. We did not use it or planned to so was not a big deal for us but could see how frustrating it would be for others.
The morning breakfast was great with multiple choices.
Overall, good place to stay!

The room was clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was good! I wish the lights would have been updated to the USB port style! Vending machines were half empty or out of order but we just ran to the store!
