I initially thought this hotel was great, but my experience quickly turned sour. On the second night of our stay (12/18/2024), we found a 2-inch cockroach in our bedroom at 12:30 AM. While the front desk allowed us to switch rooms, the process was incredibly inconvenient. We had to pack up all our belongings, move rooms, and unpack again—all in the middle of the night. This caused us to lose sleep and start one of our vacation days much later than planned.

To make matters worse, in the rush to switch rooms, we accidentally left our bath items behind. By the time we called the front desk at 9 AM, housekeeping had already thrown everything away.

What’s been most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. I’ve been told repeatedly that an assistant manager or general manager would call me, but I’ve yet to hear from anyone. No apology, no resolution—just empty promises that "the general manager will call after his meeting." It must be a very long meeting because I’m still waiting.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I expected better service and professionalism from this hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious. My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom villa. We were on the ground floor across from one of the pools. It is a smaller resort and everything is in walking distance.

There are 4 pools, I believe, one of them being more child friendly than the other. The food in the restaurant was so good! Much better than some of the other locations we have been to. The location was a bit inconvenient for us because we had to travel back and forth to Glendale.

Driving on the expressway was daunting but about a 30 minute drive. In Scottsdale however, everything we needed was close by, maybe a 10-15 minute drive away. Scottsdale was such a beautiful city to visit and we have already started planning our return.

Beautiful location but the property is old and the condo we stayed in desperately needed renovation. Walls are paper thin so good luck sleeping. Stayed for four days and our rooms weren’t attended to once so we had to take trash out to the pool garbage cans because no where else to go. Coffee maker provided with coffee but no filters. The booking agency made a mistake on our room and neither they nor the hotel front desk would help us other than wanting us to attend a time share meeting. Pools are nice and well kept though.

Beautiful room with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Four pools, including one with fun things for children, and one for adults only.
A special mention for the desk clerk who checked us in, Brock (or maybe it was Brook); he was extremely friendly and helpful.

The pools are great there’s options for everyone and lots of space! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and the size of rooms for price is awesome! The only downside is the restaurant, it doesn’t have great options and way overpriced. Especially for a “kid friendly” resort there were no “kid friendly” options on the menu. We ended up doing door dash for around the same price it would’ve cost to eat there and had way better food!

This is one of the smaller Holiday Inn Club Vacations properties that I have been to. It reminds me of Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas.
The check-in service was great. I was an hour early, but they were able to accommodate me.
There are 4 pools on the property, which makes it easy to find a place to chill. Each pool has a different vibe.
1 restaurant and a marketplace if you need to grab anything.
Keep in mind there are no elevators. It was no problem for me being on the third floor, I packed light and would rather sit on the balcony without people walking by.
I would definitely come back to this property.

This hotel has pretty clean rooms and the breakfast was decent. The price was high. The hotel needs a lot of repair. The bathroom hooks are loose and coming off the wall, the shower curtain rod is also loose and makes the curtain sag so it doesn’t stay closed while showing creating a watery floor. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work so I had to go to the 2nd floor. We were put all the way at the end of the hall so getting ice took awhile.||The pool was disappointing. The picture looks good on the website but it was dirty, the hot tub was closed and the bathroom was not working. The water was off so I couldn’t flush the toilet or turn on the sink. The floor was dirty and there is a big piece of wall hanging off. See pictures. ||Price was comparative with other hotels but with it being affiliated to Holiday Inn Club Vacations you would expect more. This was overall a disappointing experience for the price.

The units were clean, modern, and spacious. The 4 pools were great to have a good change of scenery for the family. A very nice activity center. Very clean grounds with a good restaurant on site. Great location. Nothing not to like. Perfect for a family
